??文山：在最好的时代，好好爱自己导语：趁着自己还拥有大把青春，应该尽情去追逐自己想要的，当你年老时才有回忆的资本。这是最好的时代，每个人都可以尽情追逐自己所想所要的。
许多精力充沛的年轻人，他们宁可聚精会神地把时间大把花在电视机前，观赏别人所谓精彩丰富的人生，也不愿抽几小时的空，自己去体验周遭的现实生活。问题是，现实人生真的就那么无趣吗?
很反讽的是，现今当红的.偶像剧内容，大都取材自日常的生活，演员平均年龄与主要收视的观众相差无几，甚至场景也都是都会区寻常的街景。不论人物还是剧情，相当程度地贴近时下青少年的生活。也因此，观众在情感的投射上是没有什么代沟的，不像早期琼瑶式的连续剧，时空背景设定在清末民初，一个离我们遥远而陌生的时代，描述一些不食人间烟火的痴男怨女，他们之间的梦幻不实，但一定要天长地久的爱情。
既然现今那些偶像剧的剧情，已较少背离现实，相当接近一般“正常人”的生活，但大家为何还津津乐道、饶有兴趣地观赏下去呢?
其实，人之所以会如此热爱戏剧艺术，这里面隐含着几个复杂与微妙的因素：人对角色扮演的渴望，人对现实挫折不满足的宣泄，还有人类与生俱来的偷窥欲，以及想通过观赏与阅读陌生的事物，获取与知识。
既然在现实生活中无法满足对角色扮演的渴望，于是我们将这股转嫁至电影、小说以及戏剧上。借由观影的经验与小说的阅读，在情绪上以某种形式参与其中，体验自己终其一生也无法扮演的角色;或者是以第三者的角度在旁观看整个事件的发生，以满足我们自身对角色扮演的渴望。
如果你再继续执迷不悟关起门来躲在家里，自怨自艾地感叹自己的生活平淡无趣，然后还是把时间大把花在观赏别人的人生上，那不久的将来，你可能还要再花更多时间来后悔现在的愚蠢行为。电视上的偶像剧推陈出新，永远观赏讨论不完，甚至播出后你还能买DVD回家重复温习，但青春却只有一次。不要在十几二十年后，你只知道那出偶像剧里的男女主角发生过什么故事，而却不记得自己仅有一次的青春，拥有了什么样的回忆。

Your experiences, your friends, your family and your work have all shaped who you are right now. But where will you be in another few years? How will you have changed? Reflective writing in your journal is an excellent way to think about what you want out of the future.
