One day, Paula and Richard decided to make a kite.
First they went out and found two straight sticks of the same length. They brought them back home and tied them with a piece of string into the shape of a cross. Then they took some string and used it to tie the four ends of the sticks together. Then, they spread some brightly coloured paper over the frame and glued it around the string.They stuck a tail made of paper to one of the corners, and tied a long string to the centre of the kite.
On the next windy day, they took the kite to a hill near their house and flew it.

for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true.however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

张老师在讲座中带我们一起学习了课堂观察的意义：
一、改善课堂学习质量
张老师在讲的时候举出了一个例子，给我们分析了问题式教学的一些课堂观察要点。问题式教学就是通过问题——回答——再追问——再回答这样一种形式来进行教学。追问的`方式有许多种：追问——形成精准理解、探问——掘一口井引一泓清泉、转问——另辟蹊径、逆问——逆向思维。
一个好的追问能是课堂生成丰富的教学资源；使学生思维活动走向“深度”，出现质疑批判、创新、思维的严密性、敏捷性等品质得到训练；能是学生对知识的理解、掌握变得“更有宽度、更有厚度、更有温度”；学生的学科核心素养得到了培育。
二、促进教师专业发展。
在这个讲座环节中，我觉得张老师讲的反思的行动建议很值得学习：鼓励性理答、发展性理答、指向性理答、让语言理答和非语言理答并进。
在教学过程中，幼儿肯定会有一些不会表达的情况出现，那么让语言理答和非语言理答并进，让幼儿以非语言的形式表达自己的思想，这样子教师也可以根据幼儿能够理解的语言和非语言来回应幼儿。
通过张老师的讲座，学到了许多关于课堂观察的知识，在今后的教学过程中，将继续学习张老师的方法，将知识转为实践。
