这几年听过很多教育名家的授课以及讲座，感觉名家就是名家，他们一张嘴就能听出他们个个都是名副其实的高手。不禁想他们付出了多少，他们是如何成功的？前辈们用自己的亲身经历告诉我们：一定要多读书！我也曾下定决心要多读书，最起码每天都要坚持有读书的时间。
可一看到面前一大堆繁重的、作用不大的教学资料和作业，就把读书抛到后面去了。正巧这次申请、立项的个人课题需要写读书笔记，教科室又给了一本叫《心理与教育研究方法》的书。这次我可是细细的通读了一遍，觉得书中讲的知识对我这个搞课题研究的新手来说真是受益匪浅，收获良多。有了书中前辈们的专业知识的指导，再结合自己平时的教学和与孩子们的接触，我也有了自己的感觉和体会。
我们搞课题研究的对象是独立思想、情感、意志的人。特别是我的《关于培养一年级学生数学审题能力的研究》的课题，它的研究对象是一年级的小学生。孩子们都还很小，可大多又都有自己的想法。因此从这些孩子们中发现问题，解决问题，这需要一个过程。如果不能了解学生的心理，不能走进他们的内心，又怎么能很好的解决存在于他们中间的问题呢？何况，人的心理还具有个体差异性。这种差异性表现在两个方面：
一是没有任何两个人的心理是完全相同的，从某一个人身上获得的结论可能完全不适用于表面情况相似的`另一人；
二是没有任何人的心理可以在任意两个时刻保持不变。人的心理和行为总是受所处环境中难以预料的变化或个体间的相互作用影响而随时发生变化。这种差异性决定了我们学习心理和教育科学理论的必要性。
进行心理和教育科学研究，最要紧的是做好选题工作。这不仅仅因为它是研究的起点，而且还因为它是决定整个研究工作成败的关键。无数事实表明，要想取得科研工作的成功，除了人员素质和必要的物质条件外，选题正确与否是个非常重要的因素。课题选得好，方向适当，就可以事半功倍，迅速取得成果，或捷足先登，后来居上。反之，则可能久攻不克、事倍功半，或半途而废，造成人力、物力、财力和时间上的浪费。
我的这个课题就是根据我在教学中遇到的问题和困惑选取的，我觉得很有研究价值。
