是啊，当我们还在妈妈怀抱的时候，就谙熟了司马光砸开水缸救助同伴的故事。我们羡慕那位古代少年的机智，更赞赏他助人的美德。这之后，从金庸笔下路见不平，拔刀相助的胡斐大命令侠，到《悲惨世界》里悲天悯人的米里哀主教，都熏陶着我们纯真的心灵。这其中，最强烈感召我们的当然还是平凡而伟大的雷锋:哦，必须把赶路的大嫂护送到家，现在是夜深，雨大，路远，泥泞!《雷锋之歌》的节奏敲击着我们成长的步点。我们形成了一种理性的信念:助人为乐是人类文明绽放出的灿烂花朵，助人为乐是人类社会不可或缺的基石。
不是吗?当攀登香炉峰的第二台阶时，你多么需要同学有力的手拉上一把;当雨夜淋在汽车站时，你多么渴望与同学共同撑开一柄小小的折伞;当几何图形已被涂抹成零乱的'蜘蛛网时，你多么切盼同学轻轻擦掉纷乱的笔道，再准确填画上清晰的辅助线。正是无数的生活，将乐于助人推上了我们心中美德的第一位。
但是，面对别人碰上麻烦事的提问，不少青少年却抛弃了乐于助人，而选择了悄悄走开。是的，在生活实际的答卷上也有许多同样的选择。我曾看到，一个路人滑倒在寒风冰雪里，放学的同学笑得前仰后合却无一人上前搀扶:我还曾读到，流氓闯入某校女生宿舍施暴，隔壁八名男生，一个个屏气敛声，把头缩进棉被。。
可悲啊，为什么我们的知与行如此背离?今天，面对反差巨大的两份调查，我不禁再次深思:为什么我们最赞赏的品质，在需要自己身体力行时，却缩裹进了明哲保身的硬壳，如寒风冰雪，没有半点青春的热度?
是的，可能你也曾滑倒在地领受过他人的潮谑，可能你自觉敌不过凶横的暴徒:任何冷漠总可以找到堂皇的理由。但这些理由的本质却是卑劣。因为，人类文明的灿烂花朵就从这里凋败，人类社会的基石就从这里销蚀。
同学们，种种美德点燃着我们青春的热，从司马光到雷锋的榜样也应是我们选择的准绳。人类文明将在我们手中发扬光大，让我们把乐于助人四个大字庄严地写进自己人生的答卷。
