透过对圣贤教育视频的学习，也加深了我对弟子规的理解，从而更好的应用到我们的生活中。这次学习中我最感受深的一句话就是“学习弟子规，做好中国人；落实弟子规，做好中国人”。“弟子”在家指孩子，在学校指学生，在公司指员工，在社会中指公民；“规”指的就是规范。《弟子规》做为古圣先贤就是要规范我们的生活，所以我们不仅仅是要去学习《弟子规》，更重要的是把《弟子规》去落实到我们的生活中去。
圣贤教育中很多的例子都是在给我们讲述这些道理。故事里的《九零后坏女孩》的牛文荣说过你说《弟子规》不好，但它让我们的爸爸妈妈不离婚、不吵架，并让我的爸爸改掉了不好的习惯，让我从一个坏女孩成为了一个帮忙人的义工。这些故事同时也是在给我们敲警钟，如果我们这天了解了传统文化而不去改正自我的错误，纠正自我教育孩子的方式，我们将逃但是自然规律给我们惩罚。这些老师在了解传统文化后，他们去忏悔去呼吁大家不要像他们一样。
透过传统文化的熏陶一个十恶不赦的人会变成了一个帮忙社会的人，是什么让这些人改变呢？是圣贤教育，是圣贤教育改变了他们。是圣贤教育让我们明白“人之初，性本善”，没有教不好的学生，只有不好的老师。
像这些在圣贤教育里除了上方老师讲到的还有很多老师透过她们的亲身经历都应征了。可见教育对于我们的生活来说息息相关，就如陈大惠老师讲的：好人是教出来的，坏人也是教出来的。关键在于我们不能只教书本知识，还要让他们学习道德教育，从而落实到生活中去。
