在看看草莓的叶子，圆圆的，边上有许多脆弱的小齿，叶柄上有许多纤细的绒毛，可能是防止蚂蚁或是蚜虫爬上去吃叶子吧。
过不了多久，那一丛越发越茂盛的叶子中，果柄上挂着两厘米的草莓，青青的，上面还有一点淡黄色，果实上长着许多芝麻状地种子。大小草莓算在一起有十五个，结的果实数量让我吃惊。
我相信夏天的时候，红色的草莓将挂满整个草莓苗上。

星期天，妈妈叫我一起种草莓。我们种下了种子，浇了一点水，放在阳台，等它发芽。
那天，我和妈妈在家门口，妈妈让我在门口地上铺上好几张报纸。妈妈种上了吊兰，让我来种草莓。我先看了一下说明书，按照说明书里写的去做。先把草莓盒子打开，把盒子里的东西拿出来，把底部出水口的封纸撕开，放进黄豆大小似的陶粒。妈妈说出水口太大，泥会漏出来的，我就拼命把陶粒放在盒子中间，想堵牢出水口，但是陶粒很淘气，象抹了油一样拼命滑到边上。妈妈想出了个办法，让我去拿塑料袋，剪了小方块，把出水口垫牢，再放上陶粒，压住塑料袋，随后放上大半部分营养泥，再把草莓种子四面八方撒向盒子里，最后把小半部分的营养泥盖在上面。我们给泥浇了一点水，发现水流不出来了，我去拿了一根牙签，对准出水口扎了一个小洞，这样水流出来了，泥出来不多。我们再看了一下说明书，说明书上写要把草莓放在阴湿通风的地方，我们选择放在一楼朝北面的阳台。
草莓播种好了，就等待着它长大了，我希望草莓能快点发芽，快点长大，结出又红又大的草莓，肯定会很可口的喔!

我按杨老师讲的办法种好了花生，放在阳台上。
一周以后，好傢伙！生出来了！两个花生瓣出土了。两瓣之间，有一个绿绿的小头。我把这个好消息告诉了杨老师，杨老师向我翘起了大拇指，说：“真棒！可不要忘记浇水呀！”
又过了几天，那花生长出叶子来了。一个叶柄上面长了四片叶子，一边两片，对称分布。叶片有普通钮扣那么大，椭圆形，绿绿的，嫩嫩的，油光光的。真好看！
又过了几天，花生苗底部开出许许多多的小黄花，像一堆小蝴蝶丛在那里，美极了！可就是不见一粒果实。我又去问杨老师。
杨老师说，花生，又叫落花生，花落了，才结果呢。
我耐心地等啊。有一天，一朵小花落了，但没有果实。我想它可能是雄花，不结果的。接着又落了几朵，还是没有果实。我怀疑杨老师是不是记错了？不，杨老师从来不会记错！我又去问他。
