来到中操场，只见一条大粗绳静静地躺在那儿，好像在等待着我班运动员的到来。我们的.对手是144班，两队队员一碰面，一股火药味顿时涌了上来。我班运动员双手紧紧地把绳子攥在手里，生怕它一不留神就不见了。“嘟……嘟！”哨子一声长响，裁判员两只粗大的手分别在俩边举了起来，双腿下蹲，示意运动员们比赛开始，运动员们一得到指示，就拼命地把红丝带往自己对这边拉，可红丝带向一个淘气包，一会儿跳到左边，一会儿跳到右边，我班运动员使出吃奶的劲拉绳，就在离胜利只有一步之遥时，我班最后一个队员已经碰到墙了，无法在往后拉，这局自然而然我们班输了。学校意识到这一点，第二局我班队员和144班互换了位置。第二局比赛，我班运动员和144班僵持着，老师也顾不上斯文，打着节拍喊：“加油！加油！”大家都咬紧牙关，使出浑身解数，可144班运动员一用力，我班再次败下阵来。
