考试后反思虽然我的学习成绩不怎么样，但是我知道父母、老师对我还有着很大的期望。这次考试我却又考砸了，而且考得特别糟(数学倒数第二，老师把试卷发了下来，我仔细地浏览了一遍，考砸的主要原因是：粗心、马虎。既然犯了错误就要改正。所以，通过这次考试，我也想了很多，以后一定要端正我的学习态度、养成良好的学习习惯。
首先我要改掉做题不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往就看题目的前半段，就开始解答题目了，结果是答非所问。这也许和其他一些学习技巧有关系。总之，以后一定会在做题的过程中认真审题，细心读题，把题目看准、看清楚。做完题目后要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯相似的错误。其次，我最主要的是要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科的学习。平日大家都聚在一起做同样的题目，我都觉得会做。可是一旦题目稍作变动，我就不会做了。我终于明白：其实，平时我没有真真正正地去理解它，也许有时是碰巧做对的。我不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，赶上其他同学。吸取教训，为考试做好准备，打好基础，我相信有志者事竟成，在下次考试中能取得满意的成绩。学习的技巧在于不断的练习，生活中，我要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中要学会独立思考。我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得不理想，但是我相信自己。我要通过自己的奋发努力，一定不使老师失望。

期中考试在不经意间已经过去了，可那时的欢乐和叹气还在耳边，是我久久不能忘怀。
上周，当班主任宣布要考试的时候，我的心被揪了起来，我平时学习还可以，但是一到考试就不行了。咳，这一次考试会怎样呢?心里有太多的顾虑，我上课时便昏昏欲睡，打不起精神来。到了星期三晚上，爸爸问我准备的怎么样了，我才想起，哦明天要考试了。怎么办呢?
管他呢，考出来的就是自己的真实成绩，不管好坏，反正就是自己的。
天哪，就要进考场了，怎么办，天天天哪。老天你把我带走吧。我不要考试，不要考试。
两天的考试在哪迷迷瞪瞪的过去了，我们星期了，等待周日来的时候就可以知道分数了，希望我不会给父母丢脸。
周日终于来到了，我进班就看到了考卷，可惜不是我们抽考场里的。下了第二节晚自习，班主任进来了，手里拿了一大摞考卷，其中就有我的。老师，你念得分数可别让我失望呀。求求你了。
果然，我考得不错，数学考了满分，英语和语文都还可以。不过说，我真的前进不少，竟然从第九一下子窜到了第二，嘻嘻还行。
不过一看光荣榜上，把我吓了一跳。你猜怎么着，我从第57名一下子到了第九名。进步太大了。
太棒了太棒了，我竟然前进了这么多，太出乎我意料了。我终于成功了。耶!
经过这次考试，我明白了一句俗语“功夫不负有心人”，我通过努力终于成功了，以后我一定会更加努力的，加油!

今天，我看完唐山电视台新闻综合频道的《素质教育与考试心理》后，心中有了许多感悟。其中给我印象最深的是第一大部分中的考前准备工作。之前我每次考试的前一天晚上总是抱着“背一句，是一句”的心态大量复习，一直背到深夜，结果每次都是适得其反，不但没有多大的收获，反而导致睡眠不足。第二天上考场后哈欠连天，昏昏欲睡，考试的时候总是想趴下来，美美地睡上一觉。结果成绩很不理想。
看了节目之后，我明白了，考试之前可以大量复习，但是当考试前两天的时候就不要复习了，因为前几天的复习会使大脑十分疲劳，如果继续复习，复习过的东西不但不会记得更牢固，而且之前复习过的内容也会忘记。多休息会使大脑更清醒，考试时的精力会十分充沛。
看了这个节目以后，我明白了许多东西，这个节目真有意义。
家长“中小学生素质教育与考试心理”专题节目观后感
按照学校的通知，今天早上，我和孩子一起认真收看了大连电视台少儿频道播出的“中小学生素质教育与考试心理” (电视上显示的是“学习方法”专题节目。节目里，赖老师找人做测试，强调了记忆的窍门。我感觉此节目与所谓“素质教育”联系不大、不贴边，更像是教人如何提高记忆力的一种方法的老调重弹。
节目中又摆出了十九世纪德国有名的心理学家艾宾浩斯，其实，艾宾浩斯搞的是遗忘曲线—一种描述随着时间的推移人们的遗忘是按着怎样的规律来变化的曲线，据此可以看出复习是记忆的捷径方法。我不禁想起曾经阅读过的那本《提高记忆力的奥秘》(北京师范大学出版社，1981年版，该书是翻译的日本能力开发研究所所长坂本保之介的著作。书中介绍的提高记忆力的15个要点，与今天节目中总结的若干方法基本雷同。
从孔老夫子的“学而时习之不亦乐乎”关于学习的诸多警句，到艾宾浩斯的遗忘曲线，亘古以来，国人们在乐此不疲的研究如何提高记忆，说到底是在琢磨怎么提高考试成绩。好像与素质教育真不沾边。再到今天之节目，有人靠此搞个所谓讲座，实质是推销几本书，卖点光碟谋生吃饭，这种老调重弹的玩意郑重地向家长学生推荐的意义何在?我看更像是电视里常演的药品广告，而且万能的药品广告。
孩子看完节目嚷嚷着要买书。可气，小孩牙子能看懂这大部头书!可悲，我只好拿出花5角钱买的这本《提高记忆力的奥秘》应付。师者所以传道受业解惑也，教会学生记忆的方法是做师长的责任，不要把责任推到家长花几百元去买所推销的书的身上好吗?————
