秋姑娘在哪里？我们来到大路上，路边金桂飘香，一股浓浓的香味随风飘来，绿色的枝叶中顶着一串串黄色的小花，美丽极了！几只蝴蝶飞来，在上面翩翩起舞。啊！真美呀！我说：“妈妈，秋姑娘在大路上。”
秋姑娘在哪里？我们来到果园里，这里果实累累。葡萄紫溜溜，像一个个紫色的水晶；柿子红彤彤，像一个个的红灯笼；鸭梨黄澄澄，把树枝压弯了腰；石榴吐出了牙齿，像一个个刚出生的小娃娃。我说：“妈妈，秋姑娘在果园里。”
秋姑娘在哪里？我们来到田野里，这里一片丰收的景象，稻子黄了，高梁熟了，棉花白了，大豆粒粒饱。辛劳的农民笑弯了腰。我说：“妈妈，秋姑娘在田野里。”
秋姑娘在哪里？我们来到小河边，一阵秋风吹过，几片梧桐叶落到了河水里，几只鱼儿游过来，顶着树叶当太阳帽，正在快乐的玩耍。我说：“妈妈，秋姑娘在小河边。”

花园里有一棵花树，花树上的一片叶子后面，住着小毛毛虫，花树下的草丛里住着小蜗牛，虽然离得有些远，可他们俩却是关系不错的好朋友呢。
清晨，两个好朋友一起采露珠喝。
中午，他们就躲在花树中间的叶子下聊天啃叶子。
晚上，他们就躺在最高的叶子上，一起看星星。
就这样，喝呀、吃啊，小蜗牛变成了大蜗牛，小毛毛虫也变成一只大毛毛虫啦。
有一天，大蜗牛背着大大的壳又去找大毛毛虫玩，他慢吞吞地走了很久，才来到大毛毛虫的家。
“大毛毛虫，出来玩啊——”还没走到大毛毛虫的家门口，大蜗牛就开始大声嘁。
没有人回答!
咦?大毛毛虫的家门口挂着一个好圆好圆、好大好大、好白好白的茧子。
“大毛毛虫，你在里面吗?”大蜗牛围着茧转了几圈。
还是没有人回答!
“也许大毛毛虫出远门了。”大蜗牛嘀咕着回家了。
现在，没有大毛毛虫陪他采露珠、聊天和啃叶子——大蜗牛觉得日子过得还真是没意思呢，他总是想，也许大毛毛虫明天就回家了，于是，他天天都会爬上高高的花树去看看。
一天过去了，一星期过去了，一个月过去了，大蜗牛觉得时间过去了好久好久——
这天，大蜗牛又来到大毛毛虫的家门口。
又圆又大又白的茧上破了一个小洞!大蜗牛把头伸进去瞅了瞅：“奇怪，什么都没有?”
“你在找我吗?”身后，传来一个轻柔的声音。
大蜗牛转过身，哇!一只美丽的蝴蝶正舞动着翅膀冲他微笑着。
“你是?”大蜗牛问。
“我是你的好朋友毛毛虫啊!”蝴蝶说，“就是陪你一起采露珠、一起聊天，一起啃叶子吃的'小毛毛虫，我们喝呀吃呀，后来我变成了大毛毛虫，你变成了大蜗牛——”
即使大毛毛虫变成了蝴蝶，即使不能一起采露珠喝，即使不能一起啃叶子，即使不能躺在一起看星星，但大毛毛虫，哦不!大蝴蝶仍然是自己最好的好朋友，想到这里，大蜗牛甜甜地笑了：“大毛毛虫，你可真棒!”
