贵阳什么好?山好水好人更好。贵阳什么美?小吃美小吃美还是小吃美!提起贵阳的小吃，可不得不提那家家夜市摊上十里飘香的——砂锅粉啦!那可是贵阳夜市的骄傲啊!
俗话说得好：民以食为天。这不，说到砂锅粉我的口水就“飞流直下三千尺”了。砂锅粉是贵阳乃至贵州遍地都有的一种小吃，虽然不是很特殊，但是它的美味确实特别地道的。有清汤的、虾酸的、炖鸡的等口味。砂锅粉的色香味俱全，汤鲜香美味，粉也细腻顺滑，那晶莹的粉丝浸在那鹅黄色的鲜汤里，配着各种食材：青绿的白菜、浅棕木耳、褐色的香菇、粉红的火腿肠和金黄的猪肉丸……再撒上翠绿的葱花芫荽，真是一道人间美味啊!
砂锅粉的做法很简单，把食材配好提前装进砂锅里，导入鲜美的鸡汤。客人点了以后，随手抓一把干净的粉丝放入砂锅里，几分钟后，食材和粉丝都已熟透，把砂锅放进一个瓷盘里，配一双筷子和一个勺子，再加一碗又麻又辣的油辣椒，简直让人垂涎三尺!一碗鲜香扑鼻的砂锅粉就可以上桌啦!每次一上桌，我就迫不及待的品尝。
吃砂锅粉的时候，人们喜欢把粉丝和菜蘸一蘸辣椒水再吃。我每次吃的时候，喜欢先找出里面的“平安蛋”，也就是鹌鹑蛋。均匀地裹上一层辣椒水，然后慢慢咀嚼品尝。再夹起一夹粉丝，不蘸辣椒吃，清爽可口的味道在嘴里蔓延开来，别有一番风味啊!
砂锅粉的味道相当不赖，每次我望着这热气腾腾的砂锅粉时，都有一种莫名的激动。我顾不得淑女形象，夹起粉丝胡乱蘸一下辣椒水就往嘴里送。可刚刚出锅的粉丝十分烫，我大叫一声，急忙扇着我红红的嘴直呼气哈气。妈妈说：“别急，心急吃不了热豆腐!”呵呵，我看啊，是“心急吃不了热粉丝”。吃第二口时，我吸取教训。在辣椒里滚一圈，使粉凉一点，再送入嘴里。啊，粉丝的顺滑，鸡汤的鲜香，辣椒的劲辣瞬间爆发在我的嘴里，太美味了!
