People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. To me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们会乘坐飞机、火车、轮船、公交车去旅游。对于我来说，最好的旅游方式是暑假期间徒步旅游。
On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. And I can see things and people that I might miss if I travel on a train or on a bus.暑假的时候，我通过旅游去释放自己和游览乡间。当我用双脚走在铺满小草的小径或山间时，我感觉（自己）远离城市的喧嚣，并且更亲近大自然。当我徒步旅行时我可以得到更多的自由。我可以自己选择行程。我可以自己选择路线。只要喜欢，我就可以停下来。而且我可以看到很多人和事，那些我可能乘坐火车或公车旅行而错失的。
When faster and more convenient ways for travel are becoming available, I still favor using my own feet. I get much pleasure from it. 当更快、更方便的旅游方式变成通用的，我仍然支持用自己的双脚（旅行），我从中得到了许多乐趣。

来到市场，我和表姐就在水果摊附近摆下了地摊，我们学着商人的模样，问路人要不要买，可是谁都不买，这时，走来了一位卖西红柿的阿姨问价格，我们说一元一斤。她说：这么便宜，人家都卖四元一斤。我便向她解释道：这是我和表姐、二舅、二舅妈上午在山上摘的，而且这也是我们想体验生活。我的话音刚落，一位卖水果的叔叔听到我们的对话便买了二袋，我们非常高兴，这时又来了一位叔叔来看热闹，这位卖水果的叔叔又夸我们卖的洋槐花好，于是这位叔叔又买了三包，我们这里还有三包，其中一包才半斤重，这可怎么办，卖水果的叔叔看我们遇到难题了，又见这洋槐那么便宜，于是就把剩下的全包了。这样我和表姐一共得了七元五角，真是满载而归啊！
今天真是愉快的一天，又是丰收的一天！

今年五一假期特别热闹，世界各地的游客都到我们上海来参观世博会。家门口的盛会我觉得以后有时间去，因此我和爸爸、妈妈选择了另一个游玩目的地——有“人间天堂”美誉的杭州西湖。
来到西湖，清澈的湖水给我留下很深的印象。现在许多地方的湖水已经变得越来越浑浊不清，而杭州西湖保持原姿，依旧清澈无比。这一座湖就像一面大镜子，能清晰照出人样来。在享受清风、清水的时候，我的心情似乎也变得清亮、愉快起来。
我和爸爸、妈妈悠闲地沿着西湖边走，只见湖堤两岸长满了柳树，青翠的柳树枝条长得已经垂到了湖面，婉如一个美丽的少女正在清洗她那长长的黑发。微风吹拂，柳枝摆动，又好像是风在弹奏悠扬的竖琴，放眼望去，一切都是绿，给人有一种大自然的清新气氛。
西湖旁边还有一个景色也十分美丽，那就是鲤鱼池。我看到鲤鱼池里有荷叶、荷花和大大小小的鲤鱼。鲤鱼的上身是像朝霞的红色，下身是鱼肚白，成群结队地游来游去，像一条红色的绸带在河中舞动，穿梭在荷叶之间，似乎在欢迎大家的到来呢！我看了好久才离开。
这次的游玩令我流连忘返，西湖美景将成为我脑海里快乐的回忆！

今天是五一劳动节，学校放假，天气晴朗，万里无云。和煦的阳光照在我们脸上。我们几个同学兴致勃勃的去参观、游玩。
顺着公路直下，就到了百货商店。一个个货柜上，有各种各样不同的商品，电视机、电话机、副食品要不，怎会叫做百货商店呢！服务员热情地招待买东西的，这些人都买了自己所喜爱的东西，满意地走了。
出了商店的门，也是顺着公路直下，转一个弯，就到了政府大院。今天，大气很热，可是大院内却绿树成荫，非常凉爽。正前面的左右两边，各有一座大楼，里面的叔叔、阿姨不知疲劳地工作着，举目远眺，不远处就是职工宿舍。我们向大院内的第一招待所走去。一路上，我们看见旁边的冬青树叶剪得平平整整，像一条绿色的地毯一样。不一会儿，就到了第一招待所。首先，映入我们眼帘的是一幅美丽的画面。左面，有两座形象不一的假山，有的像老虎，有的像山羊，还有的像狮子。在假山顶上，有一只小巧玲珑的宝塔和几座精致的凉亭。忽然，黎洪东像发现新大陆似地说：快来看，这里有人工喷泉。我们急忙跑过去，那喷出来的水，在阳光下光，多像一颗颗晶莹透亮的珍珠。随后，它又像连绵细雨一般洒落下来，小水珠滴在那五彩缤纷的花上，又像一滴滴清澈的露珠。这人工喷泉既为招待所增添了生气，又为政府大院添了姿色。看着、看着，我不由想起了辛勤劳动的工人们。假山下的水是绿色的，一条条小鱼摆动着纱巾般的泥巴，游来游去。旁边的水泥地上，有许多鲜花，舒枝展叶，花朵展瓣，争芳斗艳，花香在空气中迂回流荡，令人陶醉。我相信，招待所里面的房间也一定很富丽堂皇。

第二天，我们又来到了波光粼粼的西湖，哇！眼前的景象令我们大吃一惊，昨天灯火通明的湖泊变了个样，碧绿的树木围绕着西湖四周。要是把西湖比作一面镜子的话，那它就是镶嵌在镜子上的绿色边框。我们来到了码头，坐上了游船，小船轻轻荡漾在水中，湖面上顿时泛起一圈银色的涟漪。上了三潭印月岛，据说，在这个岛上能看到三十三个月亮，只可惜我不能有幸目睹这一奇观。岛上绿树成阴，是动物们生活的好地方，怪不得导游说以前这上面还有猴子呢，我急忙上前问，那现在呢？呵呵，现在可没那眼福了，因为我们的到来早把它们吓跑了！
猴子没见着，但潭水里的金鱼也让我喜爱无比。妈妈给我买了一桶爆米花，当我走过一座小桥时，爆米花不小心落到了水里，顿时引来了一群形形色色的金鱼，一条有我手臂长的金鱼行动迟缓，张大着嘴，慢慢游向水里的爆米花，可当它刚要吃着时，却被一条行动敏捷的小青鱼抢走了，我急得大叫，“真是笨了”，于是我又扔了一些，好让它们都有的吃。我弯着腰仔细地观察它们，发现那些小青鱼行动确实灵活，只可惜它们的嘴小了点，一粒爆米花都要吃上好几口，它们也很聪明，为了不让那些大金鱼抢走食物，它们会和伙伴同时向食物攻击。一眨眼工夫，爆米花就没了，我只好依依不舍地离开了。
我们乘着小船又回到了岸上，我对妈妈说：“要是我们生活在这里该有多好啊！”美丽的西湖，真令人流连忘返！
