我努力地向高塔爬着，不断有雄鹰从我的下方飞窜上来，掀起一股强风差点把我打落下去，我只好抱着高塔，以免自己摔下去。曾想过放弃，毕竟做一只高塔上的蜗牛太难了，我这样安慰着自己。但向下瞅瞅，有许多和我一样的蜗牛正以我十倍的努力向上爬着。不能再等了，即使我做不了第一个到达塔顶的动物，也要做第一个爬到塔顶的蜗牛！
雄鹰一只只向上飞着，向我投来轻蔑的眼神。“等着吧！我会超越你的！”我恨恨地而又坚定地想。因一时的嫉妒，我滑下来好长的一段距离，几只蜗牛爬到了我的前面。

去年暑假，我有幸游览了驰名中外的五岳之首——泰山。
8月11日晌午，我们一家人怀着愉快的心情，一起乘车去泰山。
泰山不只一座，大大小小的山峰个个相连，有高的'、低的、宽的、窄的，不计其数.山峰上是无数块奇形怪状的石头，有的石头缝里还长出了几棵小树，远远望去，满山苍翠。泰山上最高的山峰有1524米，最低的有600多米，宽的延绵上百公里，窄的也有几百米。山顶上云雾笼罩，看上去若隐若现。山上名贵药材非常多，有灵芝、黄莲、人参等等。山上有古建筑20多处，历史文化遗迹20xx多处。
很快，我们的车就到了泰山底下，又在盘曲的山路上行驶了10分钟，就到达了“泰山索道”。我们下了车，坐上了索道。一路上，我们看到了满山遍野的树木和鲜花，有红的、黄
的、蓝的…在阳光的照耀下,显得格外鲜艳。缆车底下，一道瀑布从山上流到下面的小潭里，小潭里的水不深，清澈见底，还可以看见潭底有一层细沙呢!
下了缆车，就是“南天门”走近一看，这个“南天门”像是北京宫殿的门，气势磅礴。最上面镶着三个金色的大字：南天门，左右是一副蓝底金色的对联。南天门下面的石阶是十八盆，是登山路上最险的一段。从下往上看，像是一条陡直的“天梯”。
看完十八盆，我们穿过南天门继续往前走，来到了一块刻着“泰山”两字的巨石前。在那里可以感觉到云雾扑面而来，四周的景气影影绰绰，有如人间仙镜一般，使人流连忘返。
我们接着往前走，就到达了钟楼。钟楼里有个巨大无比的钟，据说一位富人在泰山许愿，愿望成真了。所以他在这儿修了一座钟楼。今年新年的钟声就是在这儿敲响的。
出了钟楼，我们向着玉皇顶出发。走着走着，就来到了两块高大的石碑前。这两块石碑各高十几米，宽几米。一块写着许多著名人物为泰山的题词。另一块记录了历代皇帝的丰功伟绩，题目叫做“天地同攸”。
再往前走就是玉皇顶了，玉皇顶上有个玉皇庙，庙前是那块刻着“五岳独尊”的石头，字是红色的，深刻有力，给人一种豪迈的感觉。
游完玉皇庙，我们按照原路返回，乘缆车下山了。
泰山的美丽风光令人向往、赞美、真不愧为五岳之首。我多么希望将来再游一次这有如人间仙境的泰山啊!
