有些帝王一心治国，于是就像包公斩包勉——正人先正已，比如齐桓公，他重用忠臣管仲，最后当上了春秋的第一个霸王;有些帝王为了权力和，纷争不断，战火连绵，百姓背井离乡，横尸街头，最后国家消亡，就像殷商被妲己妖精迷惑，整天沉迷于酒色，不理朝政，最后落得国破家亡。
