对！甜食不宜多吃。生活中的甜食吃多了至多不过引起胃消化不良，呕泄几次。而学习中的“甜食”吃多了，却会引起更严重的后果。因为一个人取得一点成绩之后，表扬、光荣就会扑面而来，使你飘飘然、昏昏然、总以为自己智力胜人一筹，对自己的估计就越来越高，乃至连一些诚心诚意的批评意见也听不入耳，一时觉得自己无比伟大。这样得意忘形，必然会导致最终的失败。
