There were so many tourist areas in my plan list, like Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, the Great Wall, the Perking University and so on. However, due to my short holiday I only visit several places of my list, with my friend’s companion. I will take a long tour to Beijing next time if I have the chance.

第一天，我来到“万里长城”，到了那里，我感叹不已，和电视上一模一样。正好那天起了大雾还有点小雨，所以我们做缆车到了“好汉坡”，我爬了一会，感觉那儿的路太抖，我要爸爸扶着，才上了去，爸爸给我拍了几张留念照，我们就原路返回了。中午我们去全聚德吃了北京烤鸭，也算是吃了个特产吧！
下午，我们来到了国庆阅兵检阅的地方，也是全世界最大的广场——天安门广场，这里人山人海。往后走是故宫，据说是有九十九间半的房子，我在那里根本没心思看任何东西，因为我的双脚根本走不动。
大家都知道2008年奥运会吧？那届奥运会的主场馆就是鸟巢，我们走进那里，我还骑了一辆双轮车，感受到了运动员的辛苦。
来到水立方，我看到了游泳场馆，还有几个运动员正在练习呢！
全国著名大学——清华大学展现在我的`眼前，我们参观了一下，妈妈告诉我：要努力学习，长大到这样的学校上学。我把这句话铭记在心，决心要好好学习。
首都北京真让我流连忘返呀！真不愧是首都，我喜欢这样美的景点！比“桂林山水甲天下”还要举世闻名的多呢！

On summer holiday my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at Huabei Hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look. The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang Hill. I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern Beijing.
