大桥全长304米，宽21米，桥面平坦，可并行四辆汽车，等于旧黄河铁桥的两倍。大桥两端各有两个小花圃，花圃里盛开着九月菊、丁香花，中间是松柏树。
我站在大桥上，眺望河面。只见河面上有游艇、小汽艇在来回游动；欢腾的黄河，像一条黄缎子由西向东跳动，在阳光的照射下，浮光耀眼，气象万千。远处，是巍峨的.白塔山，山上高大的白塔巍峨挺立。一声声汽笛，与黄河的流动声汇成一首动人心弦的乐曲。

我们就利用了这个假期和爸爸、妈妈、舅舅、姐姐、姥姥，来到了韩城的龙门。你知道为什么叫黄河吗?我来告诉你们吧!它发源于青海省青藏高原的巴颜喀拉山脉北麓的卡日曲，呈“几”字形。流经青海、四川、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、陕西、山西、河南及山东9个省，最后流入渤海。由于河流中段流经中国黄土高原地区，因此夹带了大量的泥沙，所以它也被称为世界上含沙量最高的河流。但是在中国历史上，黄河及沿岸流域给人类文明带来了巨大的影响，是中华民族最主要的发源地之一，中国人称其为“母亲河。”
我们来到龙门，第一眼就看到了龙门大桥。它非常的长，还有火车从上面开过。接着来到渡口边，领了救生衣穿上，坐上轮渡，就开始今天的旅程。我们乘船逆流而上，我感觉很好奇，为什么船都在两座山的中间行驶呢?于是，爸爸就对我说：“之前，黄河是胡乱流的，人们害怕把自己的房子、梯田淹没了，有个叫大禹的人用工具凿山，把山凿成了两半，水就从山中间流走了，水也不会再泛滥了。”这就是大禹治水的历史。我站在船上远远望去，前面的山和水水天一色、浑然一体。我们在船上还能看见两边的.悬崖，悬崖上还有一个小寺庙，继续向前行驶就到了船的终点——石门。工作人员还给我们说：“原本悬崖边的峭壁上还刻着石门两个字呢，经过时间太久、泥水的冲刷，现在都看不清了。”石门上还有一间小亭子，到了石门，船就开始掉头，顺流直下，天就像变了脸一样，一下子冷了起来。风大的吹在连上都感觉疼，冷的我都开始“变形”啦，整个身子在就在救生衣里，感觉暖和多了。不一会我们就到站了，下船后，我们还在旁边玩了会儿沙子，还看见别的小朋友在水里跳来跳去;还有小朋友挽着裤腿在水里面踩泥沙玩;还有的小朋友拿着小铲子堆城堡玩。还有一位叔叔滑了一跤，坐在水里面了，大家都哈哈大笑……我去学校了，大家也可以考考我关于一些黄河的问题。
