7月1日，我收到教师成长学院彩琴班的共读数目《初中英语教师专业能力必修》后，就迫不及待开始阅读。这本书将新课程标准和教育教学实践有机结合，和我们一线教师的话语体系、思维习惯、和实践习惯融会贯通，让我们在专业成长方面获得了实实在在的帮助，既具有权威性，系统性，又有普适性。
这本书从“知识储备”和“技能修炼”两个纬度展开论述。“知识储备”部分以初中英语教师内功和初中英语课程为着眼点，从语音、语法、课程目标、学习策略等方面明确了初中英语教师应进行的知识储备。“技能修炼”针对初中英语课程，从教学设计、教学过程、课堂管理、教学评价方面介绍了英语教师必备的技能。每一个专题都从“问题展示”“案例分析”“理论点拨”“反思探究”“修炼建议”5个方面给我们具体指导，不仅让我们知其然还知其所以然。我的心得有两方面：

我阅读苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》之后感触颇多，可以说他的一些教育方法和理念不论是过去还是现在，都值得我们广大教师不断思考。通过阅读，我懂得了要成为一名合格的好教师，必须要有高度的社会责任感。歌德说：“你要欣赏自己的价值，就得给世界增加价值。”“尽力履行你的职责，那你就会立刻知道你的价值。”
履行责任的标准越高，其人生价值就可能越大。一名教师，只有尽到对学生的责任，才能是好教师。因此，加强教师职业道德修养，必须从“责任”两字做起。对自己应尽的责任认识得越早，越能健康快速地成长，越能在履行责任中实现自己的人生价值。那么，怎样做才能更好地履行教师的责任呢？

兴趣是学生最好的老师。学生一旦对英语发生的兴趣，他们就会主动地去接受，小学英语是小学生接触英语的起始启蒙阶段，激发起学生的兴趣，让他们从小就喜欢英语，是非常重要的具体来说有：动脑。“动脑”是指老师上课时在兴趣的指导下，设计生动活泼的课堂学习活动方式和内容，刺激学生的大脑皮层，使之保持长时间的兴奋状态。
动情。就是教师在教学活动中，做到“以情促情”，以情动情“。这样做，不仅可以消除有些学生的害羞但却心里，而且可以激励学生的学习热情，使学生在”情“与“境”的交融中习得知识，获得技能，使每一个学生都能得到充分的发展。
阅读是为了获取知识，在阅读中要达到阅读技巧与知识学习的统一，这是我们英语教学的目标之一。阅读中要不断的积累大量的句型和词组，这样也可以提高对于英语学习中知识的积累，同时也可以有目的、有选择性的进行英语阅读。这样就可以把阅读和获取知识紧密的结合起来，从而避免了阅读教学和知识技能的脱节。
再者，对于知识的大量的积累也有助于阅读的能力的提高，更有利于对语言文本的深入挖掘，二者相辅相成。听属于有声阅读，它能通过对语音的捕捉快速的获取所需的信息，平时要有意的训练学生的听得能力，句子不可多，但是要听得精、透，做到听说读的和谐统一，这样各种技能之间能够相互促进，相得益彰。
听力的教学要有计划、有步骤的进行，不可贪多，同时要输入原汁原味的英美语言，即使听不懂，也能提高自己对语音和语调的熏陶。说最能体现出学生对语言知识的理解和把握的程度，它最能体现出言语者对语言的快速地组织能力和协调能力。同时对于阅读教学有较大的指导意义。以上这些技能的获得要依靠学生自身的感悟和内化才能生成。他们必须要潜心修行，感悟其中，才能有所获。

《英语课程标准》中指出：“学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果，而且会影响学生的长远发展。因此，在英语教学中教师应该自始至终关注学生的情感，努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。戏剧大师莎士比亚也曾说：“幽默是风趣和智慧的展现。”“幽默”一词是英文humor的译音，它是一种个人独特的气质，它是一种高超的艺术，有声的或者是无声的。也有人说，幽默既是一种语言艺术，又是一种行为特征。从心理学上讲，人们大都喜欢幽默的故事，欣赏富有幽默感的人。因此，一位英语教师有一份幽默，在英语教学中恰当运用幽默，能激发学生的情感，引起他们的喜悦和欢乐，他们获得精神上的享受和快感，从而激发学生的学习兴趣和学习主动性，帮助学生加深对知识的理解和记忆，提高课堂教学效率。这样教师的教学就有了个性魅力和智慧的光彩，就能把一些抽象的、复杂的教学内容，以一种生动而饶有兴味的形式表现出来，强烈地吸引学生的注意力，降低教学难度，进而达到良好的教学效果。

Everyone has a familiar place in his life, such as parks, supermarkets, and their own rooms. Of all, my most familiar is my room.
The door is west, and there are two windows on both sides of the door. They are "North Window" and "south window". Opposite the doorway is a small balcony, there is a small wardrobe in the balcony, with my clothes when I was a child. My bed is toward the south window, the bed is neatly placed with pillows and quilts. My computer desk faces the North window. There is a regular computer on the computer desk. Everyone, there is a room for their own, I am no exception. My room has walls, windows, bed, pillow, and desk, bookcase and. Of course, there's a baby - like the Pearl River Piano, finish the homework every day, I will sit on the stool practice half an hour.
