小兔红红是个爱看书的好孩子，各种各样的书她都喜欢看，特别喜欢看科普类的有知识的书。
一天清晨，天气非常晴朗，小兔红红带着她最喜欢的书跑到山坡上，专心致志的开始看书。看着看着小兔红红就躺到草坪上了，她躺着看书。山羊伯伯看见了，着急地对红红说：“快起来，快起来，你躺着看书会伤害到你眼睛的，会导致你近视眼的。”小兔红红摆摆手说：“谢谢您，山羊伯伯，我过一会就坐起来看书。”
正午时分，花鹿阿姨路过山坡，看见小兔在强烈的阳光下看书，她语重心长地说：“红红，你不能在强烈的阳光下看书，不然会伤害到你眼睛的。”红红头也不抬地说：“谢谢您，花鹿阿姨，我等会就换到树荫下看书。”可谁知，这个故事太精彩了，红红看着看着就忘记花鹿阿姨说的话。
没过多久，小兔红红感觉到视力越来越模糊，看东西也不清楚了；红红就跟妈妈说：“妈妈，我怎么现在看东西都看不清楚了。”妈妈着急的说：“赶快去医院看看眼睛吧。”据医生诊断，小兔红红患上了近视眼，必须要佩戴眼镜。
小兔红红很后悔，她想，我不该不听山羊伯伯的劝告，躺着看书，更不该不听花鹿阿姨的话，在强烈的阳光下看书，结果，现在患上了近视眼。

说到视力，在我们班上，近视的同学可有不少。可以说占班上的百分之四十左右。有很多的同学都是因为一些不良的习惯才导致视力下降并且近视的。比如说喜欢躺着看书，写作业时的姿势不正确，还有长时间的在电脑前等等。这些恶劣的不良习惯是我们小学生近视的主要原因。
我们班上的一些同学大部分都是因为这些不良的习惯导致近视的。我们应该养成良好的习惯。如：看书时作姿要端正，光线要充足。读写要坐到离课桌一尺，胸离课桌一拳，眼离课本一尺。尽可能少上网或看其他辐射性强的东西。注意作息时间的安排，不能让眼睛长期处于疲劳状态。
如果视力下降后，眼睛会经常干涩和疲劳，不但会影响学习还会给生活带来很多的不便。就像我们班里的同学，近视后家长不让佩戴眼镜，因为这样会使近视度越来越深。可是如果不佩戴眼镜呢，老师上课，却又看不清老师在黑板上写的字。使学习成绩也下降了。
所以，保护视力可是一件非常重要的事情哦！大家一定要爱护自己的眼睛，不要让自己的眼睛过度疲劳。最好每天都要做十分钟的眼保健操，一定要把那些不好的习惯改到，从今天起爱护自己的眼睛。因为，保护视力很重要！
