有多少人年轻着，可他们却老了，又有多少人尽管老了，却还在年轻着？青春无关年龄，心态才是真正的主宰。人生是一场不能回头的旅行，即使目的地没有达到，沿途的风景也不该错过。这里面举到一个例子很形象：苏格拉底和拉克苏相约到很远的地方游览一座风景如画的大山，当然都是以失败告终。只是在两人再次相遇的时候，苏格拉底心满意足，认为沿途风景不曾亏待他，而拉克苏就没那么看得开了，他觉得用尽了自己的精力却没有到达大山就是一种毫无所得的表现，并为此沮丧不已。一味地追求完美，就成了苛求，有些人容不得半点的差错，以为这样才能不留遗憾。为了这样的完美，他们宁可放弃触手可及的快乐，劳己筋骨饿己体肤也在所不惜。世界上本来就没有什么完美可言，吹毛求疵不过是徒增心里负担。
有时候我们会隐隐地存在着一种担忧，那就是对未来的不确定性的不安。这个很像沙鼠的焦虑：哪怕沙地上的`草根足以使它们度过旱季，它们一样要拼命地寻找草根。就算是没有缺草的威胁，它们一样要劳累下去，直到囤积到一定数量的草根它们才罢休。这实际上就是一种患得患失的表现。人一旦患得患失，就会过分担忧，甚至会产生一种自我威胁。有些事情或许不会发生，就算是发生，也可能不是那么坏的结果。可我们习惯了去胡思乱想，想明天会发生什么。明天都还没来，我们就在预支明天的烦恼，难免忧心忡忡。
因为患得患失，所以我们把原本没有那么重要的东西全部都看的很重要。我们的心态为此再也无法平和，事情也就不会做得如意。一个很俗气的词语“穿针心理”，当然文雅点的说法叫“目的颤抖”，说的就是这样的一个事实，太过在意地做一件事，或许会搞砸。
学会原谅，这很重要。原谅一切，自然能无怨无忧，自然能平和生活。能原谅别人，就是给自己一个机会，同样也是给别人机会。自己眼里看到的别人或许不好，但要明白这个时候别人眼里的自己可能也同样不好。如果互不相容，互不相让，那么一定不欢而散，再也无法在再次聚首时善目以待。
人际之间需要坦诚，拿心理学上的解释就是，人都有保持心理平衡的需要，一种交往如果不能维持一方或者双方的心理平衡，势必会造成关系的裂痕。当心理处于不平衡状态时，人需要花费相当的精力去调整，花费的精力太多，人就容易疲劳，那么双方的关系就会受到这个裂痕的影响，从而不能再坦诚相待，换之隔阂猜忌。
“借口”或许让人反感，不过它的作用不可忽视。借口在人际交往中可以起到对自己和对别人的保护，也许我们的借口只是为了维护我们的面子，或者避免原因太直接，对别人造成尊严上的伤害。借口可以说成是谎言，但不是说就跟刚才说的坦诚待人相矛盾了。只是说话方式灵活的转变一下，调节一下相处气氛，这也是抱着善意的目的，并非恶意损人。
心是需要打理的，及时清理一些负面情绪，清除一些心灵垃圾，才能做到心知肚明，心中亮堂。

然后，我和秋姑娘又去了白杨树林里。秋姑娘拿着画笔把白杨树的叶子都涂成黄色的了。在树林里，我一抬头就能看到那湛蓝的天空，天空一碧如洗。在傍晚，我们才能看到几缕流云，那些流云在日落的映照下，转眼间变成一道银灰、一道橘黄、一道红、一道绛紫，就像美丽的仙女在空中抖动着五彩斑斓的锦缎。
在这美丽的秋天，有了秋姑娘的帮助，我去了很多没去过的地方，我很喜欢秋天。
