As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

中秋节的早晨，我们一家人起了床，驾车回老家，一路上人山人海，因为他们也是回家里与自己的家人团聚。有许多商店门口都挂起了各种各样的红灯笼，有大的，有小的，上面有各种各样的图案，花式。还有写着许多关于中秋节的词语，有："快乐中秋"。"欢度中秋"。一路上我们有说有笑，有时在猜谜语，有时在说笑话，有时在说说外面的风景有多美。
过了三个多小时，我们终于回到了老家，一进门，就看见爷爷奶奶，姐姐，叔叔来迎接我们，我们一看见他们，就连忙对他们说："中秋节快乐"。然而，他们也对我们说："中秋节快乐"。然后，我们就一起开开心心地进屋，看见桌面上放着许多水果，有：葡萄、火龙果、哈密瓜、橙等。于是，爷爷叫我们进去吃团圆饭。
吃完团圆饭后，已经是傍晚了。我们坐在椅子上，一边吃水果一边看电视。夜晚，圆圆的月亮终于出现了，我们拿起凳子，走出房孑，在屋的外面坐。我们一边吃田螺，月饼，一边赏月。圆圆的月亮像一个大玉盘，不由自关地想起了嫦娥奔月，吴刚折桂的`故事。过了一会儿，我们小朋友拿着红灯笼，在嘻嘻哈哈地做游戏，你追我赶，真开心呀!时间渐渐地过去了，到了9点钟，淮备有烟花了，我们赶紧做回自己的位置。突然，听见"砰"的一声，只见一颗颗小导弹冲上天"砰""砰"地在半空中爆炸了，五彩缤纷的图案呈现在人们眼前，落下时的星星点点更好看，象征着中秋节的团圆与美满。
我们开开心心地度过了一个难忘的中秋节。

吃完晚饭，爸爸妈妈带我和表姐们出去玩儿，我们一边散步，一边赏月。
“今晚的景色真是太美了”。我情不自禁地叫道。可这月亮就是躲在云里不肯出来，不一会儿她才露出半个脸，像个害羞的小姑娘；又过了一会儿，月亮终于出来了。它给大地了一层银色的轻纱，使这个夜晚便变得更加浪漫了。
就在我们聊得热火朝天的时候，远处传来一阵呼喊声：“北北，快回来吃月饼啦”！
我听了，垂涎三尺，像箭一般冲进家门。一到家，月饼已经端上桌了，月饼有大有小，有豆沙馅的；有蛋黄的；还有草莓馅的……我们玩起了游戏，游戏规则是：用六个骰子骰，谁的数最大，这块最大的月饼就是谁的，依次推论……结果，我以总数３４赢得了最大块的月饼，高兴得一蹦三尺高！
这时我担心地问：“不知道四川灾区的小朋友们是怎样度过这个中秋节的？”
“是啊，”表姐说：“没有爸爸妈妈的`中秋节，他们怎么会感觉到幸福呢？”
“你错了，此刻有千千万万个家庭都在关爱他们，有千千万万个父母在牵挂着他们，他们也是幸福的！”爸爸深情地说。

五年级中秋节的英语小作文【四】
三年前，我听祖母说，本来我应该还有一个叔叔，因为当年祖母家境贫穷，孩子又多，养不起这个最小的叔叔，所以只好忍痛将叔叔送给了人家。几年后，祖母几经辛苦都无法联络上这个叔叔的养父母。每当说起他时，祖母都落下眼泪，看的出，祖母对这个最小孩子的深深的.思念之情。祖母后悔了当年所做的决定，而与叔叔相认，就成为她老人家三十多年来的心愿。
伯父和爸爸其实一直都在探听和找寻那位叔叔的下落，但却找不到。一直到去年的中秋节前几个月，爸爸说他们终于联络到领养叔叔的父母了。他还说几个月后这位叔叔就会从国外回来，到时候还会来探望祖母。祖母得知这个消息后，非常开心，一整晚都在笑，因为祖母几十年的心愿快要实现了。
去年的中秋节那天，爸爸高兴地告诉我们，今天会有一位不速之客到来陪伴我们一块儿度过中秋节。这句话令我百思不得其解，不明白爸爸的意思。
中秋节当晚，我们一家象往年一样聚在一起吃饭，但是桌上却多了几双筷子，而且祖母也格外的开心。
突然，屋外响起车笛声，祖母听到后，马上走出去开门。
一对夫妇从车里下来。祖母看到他们，快步走上前去跟他们一一握手，并向他们致谢。
不久后，车上下来了一位三十来岁的男人，以及一个小孩。这位男人样貌有点像爸爸，走路的姿态也跟伯伯他们很相似。祖母凝视着他，泪就不知不觉流下来，祖母走上前去抱住他。那位男人也紧紧抱着祖母，口中轻声叫着“妈”。
我明白，他就是我最小的叔叔了。
伯伯和爸爸不约而同地走向前去，拉着这个叔叔的手不放。
叔叔跟我们一起吃饭，赏月，有说有笑。这个中秋节是祖母最开心的，因为她的三十多年的心愿终于达成了，我们一家人也为叔叔的归来而度过了一个难忘的中秋节。
后来从大人们的交谈中得知，我这位叔叔已经结婚了，还育有一个儿子。
与这位叔叔相认后，我们一家人更开心了，因为这位叔叔不但为人豪爽，而且非常风趣幽默。每逢佳节，他都会回来跟我们一起庆祝，我想应该包括就要来临的今年的中秋节吧。
