我家养了三只美丽的孔雀鱼，一雌二雄，它们每天都拖着漂亮的尾巴在鱼缸里游来游去，好不快活。
一个星期六的下午，我从巨人学校放学回家后，马上去喂孔雀鱼。因为这几天雌鱼要下小鱼了，得给它增加营养。我正准备投放鱼食，突然发现雌鱼原来那大大的肚子一下子变小了，仔细一看，鱼缸里飘荡着许多小鱼仔，原来雌鱼产仔了。我赶快把雌鱼用杯子捞了出来，免得她饿了吞食自己的宝宝!小鱼仔儿可真够多的，数了一数，有十八条;又数了一遍，奇怪，怎么又变成十九条啦!肯定是鱼多又在游动，眼都花了数不过来了，干脆不数了。小鱼长得可不像它们的爸爸那么漂亮，不过也挺可爱的。身长还不足一厘米，通体透明，身子里面的骨头都能看得清清楚楚;头上嵌着的两只黑溜溜的眼睛，转来转去。肚子上插着小扇子般的腹鳍，脊上长着背鳍;亮亮的小尾巴，差不多占了身体的二分之一。哇!孔雀鱼生了一群小机灵鬼儿!往水面吹一口气，它们都能感觉到;喂食时，你刚一靠近鱼缸它们马上就能聚集过来。您说它们机灵不机灵?
