在我学习台上的笔盒中，有一把一分为二的尺子，而让我得到这断了一半尺子的那一天，更是让我一生难忘。
就是在得到尺子的前一天。放学前，老师要求我们明天一定要带来尺子，因为要考试。由于疏忽，我没听见。第二天，我一如往常地来到教室，在我的位置坐下。过一会儿，老师来检查作业，并看看同学们是不是都带了尺子。“带什么尺子啊？”当时我真是疑惑不解。“喂，你不知道啊？昨天老师不是说今天一定要带尺子，因为今天要考试要用尺子啊！”同桌小郭提醒道。
我大吃一惊，连忙往书包里找，东找西找，把书包搞得乱七八糟的，也见不到一点尺子的踪影。我心乱如麻：要是同学们知道我这个优等生忘记带尺子，还不笑塌屋顶。我慌急了，只好到处东张西望。老师一步步逼进，同桌小郭也猜到我没带尺子。 “咔嚓”，小郭手里的长尺断成两截。我大惊失色。小郭又把两截尺子中的一把给我，还说：“我这把很长，分一半给你。”我目瞪口呆，哑口无言，心里却激动万分。 最后，我取得了好成绩，当然这离不开我的同桌小郭的功劳。
这天让我一生难忘。
