我的家乡广西宜州市 个山清水秀的美丽山城。它不仅宜山宜水，而且宜 人。特别风味小吃更宜人。
家乡的风味小吃，品种丰富，用料多 样，调味不同，色彩各异。有清甜爽口的 雪白豆腐花;有香甜如蜜的乌黑芝麻煳;有 沁人心脾的`棕色凉粉;有喷喷香扑鼻的老 红色牛肉串;更有脍炙人口辣味十足色彩 鲜艷的螺蛳粉。
自古家乡人就喜欢吃鲜喝辣，所以螺 蛳粉就以它特有的辣味鲜味赢得了家乡人 的青睐。
螺蛳粉，不仅鲜辣而且香。各种佐料 比例适当配合调适，就调出螺蠊粉的另一 特点一”香。螺蛳粉还有一个特点，就是烫。汤水 烫人，和云南的“过桥米线”(一种煮粉 不相上下。
鲜、辣、香、烫，就是螺蛳粉的闪大 特点。一碗热腾腾、―香喷喷的螺蛳粉端上 桌，你一定会急不可待举箸就餐，那浓郁 的香辣味儿早巳使你直咽口水。 螺蛳粉是怎样製作的呢? 先说一说用料吧。顾名思议，螺蛳是 必不可少的。人们从田裡或小溪边捡来整 篮整篮的摞蛳，用清水养它24小时，使之 吐尽泥，冼凈后，就可以炖螺蜱了。加人 指天椒和葱花等配料，做成汤水。还需要 二两白米榨粉，两叁张白菜叶，还有已经 煮熟拌好的黄花菜、木耳、酸笋和油、盐、 酱、醋等佐料。
煮粉的过程如下，把米榨粉倒入笊 篱，然后放到沸水裡盪-盪，约半分鐘就 可以捞上来，同时把莱叶放到锅里煮一下， 捞起来和粉一起盛在碗里。再把油料、黄 花菜、木耳、酸笋和其他佐料配合调好也 倒入碗内。最后往碗里自两瓢滚烫的螺蜱 汤汁.这样，一碗晶莹油亮，辣香味色俱 全的螺蜱扮就可以上桌了。
一到晚上，一条条小街里巷就摆起一 个个螺蛳粉摊，顾客很多。朋友，若有机 会来到我们家乡，别忘了尝一尝这辣味十 足的螺蛳粉哟!

This afternoon, when my father and mother were at home, I finished all the housework at home.
In the afternoon I returned home and began to help mom and dad do housework, from five at the beginning of the housework, busy until seven p.m., there are a lot of things, such as: middle sweeping, mopping the floor, garbage, laundry, folding clothes, flowers, clean the table and the glass and so on, I see table, ah!
