学会评价和分析课堂教学的质量，运用科学的方法了解自己和他人的长处及不足，有利于教师改进自己的教学，在课堂教学中增加学生的知识，发展学生的潜力和创造力。
我觉得通过评课，一方面可以调动教师的工作积极性，帮助和指导自己不断总结教学，提高教学水平，促使自己由经验向专业转变。另一方面，可以促使自己改变教学观念，以学生为主，让学生的各方面得到锻炼和提高。
