如果你仔细阅读《给教师的建议》这本书后，你会发现苏霍姆林斯基对阅读特别看重，他将阅读放在了非常重要的地位。他说：“阅读应当成为吸引学生学好的重要发源地。”他还说：“一个有思想的人如果不反复阅读自己心爱的书就无法生活。”儿童的学习越困难，他在学习中遇到的似乎无法克服的障碍就越多，他就应当更多地阅读。阅读能教给他思考，而思考会变成一种激发智力的刺激。
他还强调指出：能够在阅读的同时进行思考，和在思考的同时进行阅读的学生，就不会在学业上落后，而没有学业落后的现象，教师的工作就容易了……这样的句子在整册书中随处可见。
那么从大师的这些话中，可以看出学生喜欢上阅读是何等的重要，读了大师的这些建议后，我对班里的同学进行了分析，觉得确实是这样的。
拿到一篇文章后一般能够流利读下来的同学都是成绩比较好的，而等课文学好后也不能流利读下来的就是学习成绩不行的几位，看来阅读真的很重要，我想，这对我今后的教学是一种启示，在今后的教学中，我一定要重视学生的阅读兴趣的激发和阅读能力的培养，要多布置阅读文章的作业，给同学们多讲讲故事，以此来引导他们对阅读的兴趣。
尤其是对学困生的辅导，将从阅读方面下手，进行新的尝试，从“根“上解决他们贫困的原因。阅读是开启学生智力的重要手段，让阅读成为孩子的第一需要吧！在阅读的同时能够思考，在思考的同时能够阅读。这将是学生终身受益的法宝。

Today, as people live a better life, they chase for more enjoyment.
We can see from the news that when the holiday comes, there are so many people gather in the scenery site. People like to travel today, they can take a plane, take the bus or even take a bike. On my opinion, the best way to travel is by train.
First, it is very cheap. Compare with other ways, such as plane and bus, train is less expensive, people can save a lot of money.
Besides, taking the train is much safer.
People don’t have to worry about crush, which is more happen in the plane or bus. Second, we can enjoy the scenery in the train.
Though the train is very slow, we can have a good sight of the beautiful scenery, when we go to Tibet, we can see different colors and different mountains during the trip. Taking the train is the best way to travel.
今天，随着人们过上更好的生活，人们追求的娱乐。我们可以从新闻上看到当节假日来临的时候，很多人聚集在景点。现在，人们喜欢旅游，他们可以坐飞机，坐巴士甚至骑单车。在我看来，最好的旅游方式是坐火车。第一，这很便宜。和其他方式，如飞机和巴士，坐火车便宜很多，人们可以省下很多钱。而且，做坐火车也更加安全。人们不用担心坠毁，这地发生在飞机和巴士上。第二，我们可以在火车上欣赏风景。虽然火车很慢，我们可以好好看看美丽的风景，当我们去西藏的时候，可以在旅途中看到不同的颜色和不同的大山。坐火车是最好的旅游方式。

"The Pursuit of Happyness" is a simple inspirational movie.It is not pretty actors,no fancy pictures,no touching music,but can also attract you read on law-abiding,because it has good enough story,plain but not mediocre!
Two of the film places the novel,though intentionally set,but that is not offensive,not far-fetched,pregnant with meaning.
First:When Chris (Will Smith plays to see graffiti in the "happyness" spelling error,he said these words:There is no y in happiness,There is i.(y or Why.This line is extremely clever setting,it also aims to express through the entire film.Yes,there is no happiness in the why,the only others only their own happiness.Why blame others than their own happiness is meaningless,only rely on their own can be happy.
Second:when the movie started,Chris was in the crowd jammed the streets to push forward,in the smiling faces in only his bewildered,stood helpless with.And towards the end of the film,
Chris was in the same place,look left to meet the emotional tears and applause for his rallying.In the calendar through suffering,sorrow,abandonment,abjection,helplessness,despair,after Chris with patience,hard work and attitude of never giving up in exchange for part of his life,the good old days.So in the moment through the probationary period,Chris is happy.

苏霍姆林斯基在《谈谈教师的教育素养》一文中提到：一个教师要想不断地提高自己的教育技巧，只有持之以恒地读书，读书，再读书。
读书应该成为教师的精神需要。读到此我开始反思自己，从教几年来真正读过的书有几本？每天不停地忙于备课、上课、批改，管理班级，总是抱怨没有时间读书，而闲暇时会抱着电视看个没完没了，或闷头大睡，而哪些教育书籍却安安静静地躺在书架上，早已落满了灰尘。只有在写论文或上公开课时，才想起找一点书来，看看有没有可以借鉴的文章，有没有可以参考的教案，此时，想一想实在是可悲！可怜！
霍姆林斯基说：如果一个教师在刚参加工作的头几年里所具备的知识，与他要教给学生的知识的最低供需比例是10：1，那么到他有15年或20年教龄时，只有通过读书去获取知识，师生知识供需比例才可能达到20：1，30：1或50：1。
教师不读书，就会越来越不能胜任教育教学工作，自己淘汰自己，冷静下来一想，觉得大师的话非常有道理，从教10于年来，自己每天都在重复着昨天的故事，面对着知识经济飞速发展的今天，深感自己的“老本‘真的已经不够用了。那么唯有读书才能让我们摆脱“坐吃山空”的尴尬境地！才能充实我们的头脑，提升我们的思想。
让我们牢记大师的建议：书籍是教师的第一至爱。读书不是为了应付明天的课，而应该是出自内心的需要和对知识的渴求。让我们做一个爱读书的`人吧！
