天空中没有一丝云，蓝得透亮。太阳是火辣辣的，炙烤着大地，一滴滴汗珠溢满全身。
此时，我们来到了黄河壶口瀑布。还未见瀑布的真面目，却早已听到了澎湃的水声，使得我更加渴望一览瀑布之景。在灿灿烈日下，冒着酷暑，同学们依旧照例集中，朗诵《黄河颂》。开始时，同学们难免因为这毒辣的阳光有些不情愿，但到了朗诵时，大伙还是满腔热的去诵读，两次朗诵，由乱到齐，由弱至强，表达了同学们对母亲河黄河的赞美与热爱。
朗诵完毕，我们便迫不及待地走向前方的瀑布。走在散漫着沙子的岩石上，望着沟壑纵横的黄土高原，心中异常激动。我赶忙走上前去，靠着护栏，欣赏这壮丽的美景。黄河由上游飞逝而下，河道骤然变窄，仿佛水壶口，水流汇集一处，倾泻而下，黄河咆哮着，怒号着，像是在展示自己的无穷力量，可是，我又分明听到了一丝哀叹。
黄河也会忧愁？
望着那浑黄的河水，在震撼于它的波涛滚滚时，我的心中也涌出一股莫名的惆怅。是啊，人类的肆意破坏，让黄河母亲痛苦不堪，水土流失，黄沙入河，污浊了我们母亲那高贵的纯净，使她的躯体饱受折磨。一切，都是人类的过错啊。黄河滚滚千万年，她赋予了中华民族以灵魂与躯体，含辛茹苦，默默无闻。我们是不是应该回报些什么？
我望着奔腾的黄河，水雾随风飘散，润湿了我干枯的嘴唇，也朦胧了我的眼睛。听，那是黄河在咆哮，那是黄河在哭泣，那是黄河滔滔的流水声。

after lunch we took a walk. there we saw many beautiful flowers and GREen grass. we smelled sweet air. how nice the picnic was!
我们骑车花了约两个小时，终于到了野外那个美丽的地方。那里有一条小河，河水清澈，真是个游泳的好地方。我们把自行车往地上一搁，就跳进河里。天气真热，河水让人感到舒爽。游了几个来回，我们有些累了。
我们拿出准备好的三明治和水，开始在树阴下野餐。最受欢迎的食品是香肠和西红柿。

今年暑假里，因为妈妈要去郑州出差，所以我和爸爸一起随妈妈来到了郑州。这学期我刚学过《黄河是怎样变化的》这一课，对黄河也有了一定的了解。我非常好奇现在的黄河是什么样的?于是我和爸爸决定一起去游览我们的母亲河——黄河。
第二天一大早，我和爸爸怀揣着激动和期待的心情一起乘车来到了黄河花园口游览区。到了那儿，我们又转乘景区游览车，准备去黄河大坝。路上一会儿是弯弯曲曲、高低不平的石子小路，一会儿是令人心惊胆战的斜坡。经过漫长的颠簸后，我们终于来到黄河大坝。远观黄河，太阳把一层日光洒在河面上，好像给黄河披上了一件金碧辉煌的衣裳。多么大气!多么壮观啊！近观黄河河面，不安分的黄河水一次又一次地向岸边奔腾涌来，再仔细看看黄河的水，仿佛被换上了一件泥沙般的衣服，是那样的浑浊!
接着，我和爸爸一起穿上了救生衣，登上了快艇，前往被黄河水包围着的一个小岛。在水面上，快艇随着奔腾的河水左摇右晃，好像随时要把我们吞没了，我的心一下悬起来，一下放下来，本来就一分钟的路程却显得异常漫长。过了一会儿，终于到了那个小孤岛。在小孤岛上面，我们快乐地玩耍着。我对着水面一脚踩上去，哇!原来水下面都是柔软的沙子，太好玩了！我拉着爸爸的手，小心翼翼地向黄河深处走了大约七米远，河水渐渐漫过了我的膝盖，吓得我和爸爸动都不敢动，赶紧返回岸边。在途中，我一不小心摔了一跤，满身都是沙子，爸爸看着我那狼狈不堪的样子，哈哈大笑起来。我们玩得真开心呀！
在回来的路上，我暗暗立志：以后一定要当一名出色的科学家，帮助我们的母亲河恢复原有的纯净！
