周末去游泳的英语作文【一】
今天非常的热，于是，我们就来到北屯的福海中游泳。
来到福海中的一个小岛上，我看见那些大人们玩得都很开心，我也有点想下水玩，可是，我没有衣服。爸爸突然在更衣室中看到了一些零售的衣服，我便在其中选了一件穿。我穿好衣服，套上游泳圈，迫不及待得跳入水中。
危险来了!我一下水，脚一下子踩到了坚硬的石头，一不小心就扭了一下脚，人又往下沉了一下，游泳圈一下子就翻掉了。我开始紧张起来，一边不停地喊站在岸边捡石头的外婆，一边用右手勾住游泳圈，想办法把游泳圈往头上套。可是，我在喊外婆的时候，因为和了几口海水，所以，我更紧张了。我拼命地在海中挣扎，可是，海水却不放过我，一次一次地把我往下拉。一分又一秒过去了，我的心情很紧张。我已经没有力气再挣扎了，我渐渐想到老师说过，憋气能使人在水中上浮，我便开始了憋气，可是，怎么不管用，我怎么憋也上浮不起来。我开始放弃，就在这个时候，有一只手把我托起来，套上游泳圈，我一看，这是我爸爸。爸爸把我抱上岸后，我便不敢再下水，只敢与妈妈捡石头。
通过这件事，我知道了下水前一定要做好防备，也要与大人一同下水，这样才能确保自身安全。
