老师您平时用打、严来“对待”学生，您知道吗？您这样只会让学生起逆反心理的。老师，我觉得学生可分三大类：一：欺软怕硬类。二：吃软不吃硬类。三：软硬不吃类。这三类我想应该每班都有吧！要想学生听话，不调皮就“对症下药”。一、二类好摆平，这第三类恐怕就不好摆平了。他软硬不吃，唯一的办法就是先和他交个“朋友”了解了他的性格，激发他在学习上的兴趣，使他学得更好。
