我亲爱的孩子，检查完你的作业，只感到自己的心往下沉，看到你毫不认真的书写，回想平日对你的致致眷语，悉心教导，我的失望和愤怒象漂浮在水面的皮球，刚被理智的思考按下去，又被气愤的火焰推上来。真想冲进卧室，把熟睡的你拎起来，狠狠地批评一顿，然后重做！但，罢了！作为母亲，对酣睡的你还是那么不舍。于是留下这封信，不知日渐长大的你能否给妈妈以理解和配合！
石头，你退步了，而且不是一点点。妈妈翻出你以前的作业，放在你现在的作业旁，你自己对比吧。字迹端正直接体现一个人的学习态度，任何老师都可以从一个孩子的作业上，轻松辨别这个孩子是否认真。
认真对一个人的成长太重要了，它将决定每个人不同的命运轨迹。现在认真学习，将来就可以认真工作，认真生活，反之，会怎样呢？用你聪明的大脑去思考吧！
夜深了，妈妈毫无睡意，但妈妈很疲劳，听着外面淅沥的雨声，我在思考你看了妈妈的这封信，将怎样理解妈妈的心情，又是怎样面对你自己的学习，希望你能做一名诚实认真的孩子，首先就要对自己认真，负责！

Next Monday is my birthday.I’m going to hold a birthday party at home in the evening.It will start at 7:30.Would you like to come?I’ve also invited some other classmates of ours and some of my friends.
I live at Guangming Road.You can take No 23 or No 45 bus and get off at the top of Guangming Road.Then walk left for 50 metres.It’s a red house with a white door.You can’t miss it.

i am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, december sooner, but when i have told you the reason, i trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. when your letter arrived, i was just in hong kong. as my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when i took it up. now the first thing i have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.
i enjoyed many pleasant sights during my trip. i shall be pleased to give you an account to of them when i see you next.
