但在上海，中国首个大学生原创设计品牌RafflesPrivato，以其年轻、活力、创意的风格吸引着时尚界的注意。香港两大巨星叻哥陈百祥与女强人邝美云还在今年3月，特意来到位于上海新天地时尚的店铺置办节目录制行头。RafflesPrivato由莱佛士教育集团最初在新加坡创立，旨在扶持莱佛士学生的原创创新设计，帮助学生作品直接面对市场接受检验，在打造成市场认可的品牌事业的过程中，孵化培育出更多拥有原创创新才华、市场认可度以及潮流触觉与敏感度的亚洲青年设计师新锐。2011年，在东华大学-莱佛士国际设计专修学院的全力支持下，上海的RafflesPrivato在时尚地标新天地开幕，每一位设计师与管理人员都是莱佛士的学生，他们并没有在大学里为了所谓的求职敲门砖而忙忙碌碌，却是结合学院所学的专业知识与在学校的各类活动与实践中得到许多丰富的实战，真正的为自己事业的未来在努力奋斗着。他们其中的部分学生，更是在RafflesPrivato的工作实践与市场检验中，得到了独到的工作与市场剖析的经验，成功创办自己的工作室以及达到国际水平的时装秀。

其实，很多学生都有自己的理想，也知道自己要的是什么，而迷茫的根本原因是在于他们不知道自己怎么把理想与现实衔接起来，最终就选了条不会出错的随大流。理想与现实之间并不像牛郎与织女间有着一条不可逾越的银河。
大学理应教授学生如何锻炼思维方式，有效地学习专业知识，从知识、活动、实践中开阔眼界，并辅助学生确定符合自己并切身实际的理想，引导学生正确选择适合自己的优势职业。而我国的大学教育对于学生的职业规划还处于刚刚起步时期，大学生的职业规划意识还处于萌芽期。
世间不缺乏有理想的人，缺乏的只是能将理想实现的人!这句话正是对目前那些处于迷茫中的学生的正解。许多学生就像杜克海形容的，一直都是跟着大部队前行，从来没有想过要走到哪儿，只知道跟着走没错。但当走累了，想独自听下来休息一会儿的时候，却发现大部队走远了，而自己却徘徊在十字路口，不知道该往哪儿走。如果学校在这个时候能实际地辅助、引导他们消除迷茫与焦虑所在，而不是一味的让学生自己在迷茫焦虑的世界里自寻答案，这样就不会有那么多学生像杜克海那样反复不停地问自己出路在哪里，因为他们明白，出路就在自己的坚持、勇气与梦想里。
