我来到了做泥塑的地方找了一个座位坐了下来。老师依次发给我们几大块泥巴，还让我们去看看别人做的。
我的眼前忽然一亮，我做泥塑的桌子下面有一个做得很好看的香蕉。我一下子就拿了起来，看了一遍又一遍，恨不得这个是我做的。想想我是个新手，就先学做帽子吧！
我开始做帽子了，我左捏一下右捏一下，总觉得不对，于是，我去请教泥塑老师。老师说做一个给我看。
我看着老师那灵巧的双手左一下右一下就捏出来个牛仔帽。我仔细端详着这一顶帽子，就像是真的帽子出现在我眼前。
我照着老师的样子做了起来。我先做了个帽子的边缘，再做出一个顶来，两个合在一起正好是一顶小帽子。我拿来和老师的对比了一下。呀，还差花纹！我又拿起木刀在帽子上刻起花纹来……
接下来，老师又让我做一个花瓶。因为我看过电视里的，所以动起手来也像模像样的。我一只脚在不停地踩着。两只手把泥巴变成了圆柱。老师见了就教我做。在老师的指导下我一会就学会了。
我学了一个上午才对泥塑略知一二，看来不管干什么事都得下功夫。

我与泥塑学校每周四的泥塑活动课，无疑是培养同学们兴趣爱好比较好的方式。一下子就使我深深地爱上泥塑，成为我无法割舍的喜好。
终于迎来泥塑艺术活动了！我迈着喜悦的步伐踏进了万分憧憬的泥塑教室。
教我们泥塑的老爷爷等我们坐好，就娓娓道来：“在中华民族五千年历史的工艺品中，泥塑占有举足轻重的地位。它以泥巴为原料，用手工捏制成形。或素或彩，以人物、动物为主。是中国民间工艺品的奇葩，很吸引众人的目光……”终于，让我们开始自己动手做了。
我迫不及待地拿起一块包装好的陶泥，看着这块诱人的陶泥，不禁有几分兴奋。我站起来模仿着老爷爷刚才教的操作步骤，先用手把陶泥揉软，搓成萝卜般粗细的泥条，然后分成两截备用；下面就正式开始制作成型了：预备“唐僧”造型模具（分为两半），用泥条分别填满两半模具，注意这时要用力压实，否则做出来的产品会出现裂纹，而且作品可能变形。下一步，用水沾湿泥条，粘在两半模具边缘，这样整个模具就粘合成了完整的一体。最后，还要在填满泥的模具底部做一个圆形泥饼做为底座，用木筷刮去多余的泥屑，让填满陶泥的模具晾一会儿，小心拆去两半模具，一个“唐僧”泥塑作品就大功告成了！是不是很有成就感呀！
“看着容易做起来难”，还真应了这句俗语。我的动作显得比较笨拙，刚开始做出来的作品不成型，老是开裂，我没有灰心，尝试了几次，终于成功了，心里陡然升起一种自豪感，这种体验真是很快乐！
不知不觉间，半小时过去了，一件精致的泥塑艺术品在我手中诞生了！望着慈祥和蔼的“唐僧”泥塑品，我仿佛看到了一个面容英俊手捻着佛珠的唐僧，正冲我微笑着，似乎在说：“你真棒！”
老爷爷见了，夸道：“嗯，好！不错嘛！继续加油哦！”
我小心翼翼地捧着这个“伟大”的作品，慢慢地把它放好，心里像吃了蜜一样甜。
这样的活动不仅锻炼了我的动手、动脑能力，更让我学到了许多在课堂上学不到的东西！
