为了让自己的生活过得轻松简单，我们不得不保护好自己的眼睛。在日常生活中，我是这么做的：
多看绿色的植物，少看电视，看电视时眼睛与电视机的距离要恰当，不能过近。看电视的时间也要控制好，不要让眼睛长时间处于疲劳状态。
平时的饮食除了保证营养的均衡外，还要多吃些含有维他命的食物，这有助于防治近视。含有蛋白质的食物能起到及时调节眼睛肌肉紧张程度的功能，多吃富含蛋白质的食物，也能保护视力。
熬夜也会影响视力，所以我们要做到睡眠充足。如果有眼睛疲劳的症状，也可以用茶水或盐水代替眼药水来清洗眼睛。其实保护视力的方法有很多，就看大家是否是个有心人，只要我们勤学习，常时间，勤锻炼，我们的心灵之窗——眼睛一定会更清澈纯净。
