平时的饮食除了保证营养的均衡外，还要多吃些含有维他命的食物，这有助于防治近视。含有蛋白质的食物能起到及时调节眼睛肌肉紧张程度的功能，多吃富含蛋白质的食物，也能保护视力。
熬夜也会影响视力，所以我们要做到睡眠充足。如果有眼睛疲劳的症状，也可以用茶水或盐水代替眼药水来清洗眼睛。其实保护视力的方法有很多，就看大家是否是个有心人，只要我们勤学习，常时间，勤锻炼，我们的心灵之窗——眼睛一定会更清澈纯净。

首先，少玩电动。电动对眼睛来说，真是再可怕不过的东西了，所以最好少玩；而且一玩起电动，因为很刺激，所以就会停不下，最后就会近视，然后戴眼镜。
一戴起眼镜，有非常非常多的麻烦，例如：食用热的食物时，眼镜会起雾而看不清楚；打篮球时会因眼镜被篮球打到而破掉。我有一个同学，就是在打篮球时，因为不小心眼镜被球打到而掉在地上，后来又被脚踩到，结果破了，非常危险。
近视有很多坏处，所以我们要学习如何避免近视，首先要多看远方的绿色植物，每年定期做一次视力检查，一有不对就马上矫正。眼睛是我们的灵魂之窗，要爱惜，因为毕竟每个人都只有一对眼睛，失去了它们，不管拥有再多的财富都买不回来，不管拥有再多的一切，只要失去了灵魂之窗，都会消失了。

我的视力在我们的班中一直是不错的。以前三年级、四年级我在体检时的视力度数一直是5.0、5.1，而今天体检的视力却令我大吃一惊。
今天上午，我们学校统一要进行一次体检。到了第三节课，老师和我们说要带我们去体检。
一进房间，我就迫不及待地跑到检查视力的地方，自信的准备接受检查。然而，当开始测试的时候，我才发现我的左右眼模模糊糊，视力表的下面什么都看不到，只知道有一大片字母。检查结果——左眼4。8度，右眼4。9度。
我很吃惊，也很有感触。问了问同学们的视力，结果大部分同学的视力竟然比我还差！仅仅有两三位同学视力在5。0以上！
事后，我想了许多……平日躺着看书，书写姿势不正确，看起来是小事，但是它们也会“积少成多”啊！
现在明白了，只有长期保护眼睛，爱护眼睛，养成良好的看书姿势，才能不使自己的视力下降！切记：保护视力已迫在眉睫！

小时候，我总是盼望能戴眼镜，戴起眼镜可神气啦！而且还觉得班里戴眼镜的同学成绩那么好，希望我戴上眼镜也能有好成绩，我也要当老师的小助手，也要时常被老师表扬。
因此，我每天看电视时都故意把头歪着，妈妈看见了，提醒我：童童，不要歪着看啊！会近视的！我很不情愿地用手把头“掰”回来，等妈妈走了，又偷偷把头斜了过来。在我写字、看书时，也会斜着头，有时干脆躺下来看书……
上了小学，轮到我坐最后一排，我刚开始很得意，因为坐在最后不容易被老师发现，所以上课可以偷做小动作。可就在我做够了小动作，准备开始认真听讲时，发现我根本看不清黑板上的字，只能用耳朵听。
看不清黑板的感觉真不好受，让我抄作业，我抄不到，让我根据黑板上的题目写答案，我只能蒙……有很长时间，我上课很容易走神，可以说我上课听不进去，和看不清黑板有很大关系。难道我真的近视了？
虽然，对“想戴眼镜”这件事我已经“尽力”了，但最终还是没戴上，可视力稍有模糊又太难受了，还是放弃我的“期待”吧，我可不想近视眼！幸好妈妈说我只是假性近视，还有的救。
