我睁开了眼睛，就好像睁开是世界上最酸累的事情。我看了看闹钟，呀，才5：47。我又重新躺下来，可是，我就是睡不着。我翻来覆去，突然想起了爸爸的话，要早锻炼，把身子练好。
我穿好了衣服，就在客厅里做早操，做完了早操，以经是6：19，呀!还有10分钟，我赶忙叠好被子，就洗了把脸。我刚要做在凳子上，耳朵就响起了爸爸的声音，要把被子叠的整整齐齐，脸洗得干干净净，我就又开始忙了起来。等我做好了，就急忙向闹钟蹦去，我一看，长叹了一口气，幸亏是这30几秒，不然就要打屁股了。
时间到了，又一次艰难的早上，要跑7层的.楼梯，而且是两来回，我跑了一来回，就已经是气喘吁吁了，可我还是跑了过去。就在最后一步的时候，我脚一软，还差一点摔倒了
我跑完了步，就上了楼。我就像一个摆脱掉病魔的人。我连早饭都没吃，就躺在床上睡着了。
