其实细想想就会知道，上面的逻辑是靠不住的。归因分为可控因素和不可控因素，在恋爱关系中可控因素是自己，而不可控因素是对方。你偏偏要控制不可控制的因素，怎么会得到安全感？把安全感寄托在外界因素上，永远都会处在一种患得患失的状态，别人给的再多也没有用。
所以我想说的是，安全感不是靠别人给的，而是自己给自己的。尤其是在爱情中，要想得到安全感唯有自己独立且自信起来，不能跟对方有太大的差距，通俗点来说就是，两个人要携手并肩一起走。不要轻易相信童话故事里的“灰姑娘和王子从此过上了幸福的生活”，或者相信事业有成的丈夫和在家相夫教子的太太相亲相爱白头到老。试想，你能指望一个平民出身的姑娘跟贵族出身的王子有多少共同语言？或者一个时刻关注世界经济走势的丈夫和一个张口闭口萝卜白菜的全职太太有多少交集？爱情本质上注重的还是精神层次的交流。
因此，不要在抱怨别人不给你安全感了，与其依靠他人施舍，不如先自给自足。
