也许大多数人羡慕着，向往着开豪车、吃山珍海味、饮世间佳酿、住豪华别墅的富豪生活，而我并不羡慕这一切，物质上给人的舒适虽实为享受，但精神思想上给人的享受远超这一切，患抑郁症等心理疾病的人有的是明星，有的是大企业家，包含社会各层面的人皆因他们在精神上未能释怀，没能体味到精神上的享受，导致难以承受现实的苦难与折磨，走上歧途，不归路。
所以，我的享受在于精神上，情感上的享受，而非过于庸俗的物质生活，正如同社会各界呼吁人们互相尊重，赡养父母，给残疾人一个微笑等，让人享受到精神上的愉悦。我享受与朋友一起欢声笑语，共同面对困难和挫折的勇气。享受与朋友畅叙情怀，同甘共苦。享受着与家人温暖相聚的温馨场面，懒懒地坐在沙发上，一起看着春晚，夜深时互相说晚安。我享受着春天的暖风，夏天的酷爽，秋天的清凉，冬天的暖阳。沉浸于书海之中，找到经典文章，寻求精神共鸣，提高思想深度，拓宽知识界面，提升个人修养，增强精神品格，感叹世间繁华，人世易变，努力洁身自好，不随波逐流。持乐观态度享受生活，笑谈一切烦琐，淡忘所有苦恨。追求精神之卓越，摒弃思想之庸俗。享受着世间所有美好的事物，却不贪恋，不懊悔，不恼怒，不做作。不做谦而不狂之人，愿能享受真正的美好。
