《动物农场》这本书相信许多中小学生都阅读过，书中的“主猪公”，雪球和拿破仑，因为同情动物们食不果腹的生活，带领自己的子民们奋起反抗，将农场的主人琼斯赶出了农场。后来，，人们为了夺回农场，与动物们展开了一场场激烈的斗争。动物，惨胜。可不久后，权力熏天的拿破仑为了自己的权力，将雪球赶出了农场。在农场中，他不断加固自己和猪的地位，将别的动物都当作自己的奴隶，不断修改约束自我的动物法则。最后拿破仑竟然与人类通商，学会了用两条腿走路。但是，别的动物的生活，和以前有改变吗？
权力，是一个不折不扣的恶魔，它把良心吞噬，只留下贪婪。拿破仑也因为权力，从为动物着想，变成了欺压动物，剥夺动物的粮食。其实动物农场正是二战时的苏联，拿破仑正是当时的斯大林。斯大林用百万士兵的鲜和生命击退了敌军，但自己却因为权力，把所有的功劳都归到自己的名下。他在人们眼中既是英雄也是恶魔！
在我们的历史中，也有许多被权力熏瞎眼的人。例如刘邦，他将项羽打败后，封了许多与自己一起打天下的功臣，但是他为不让人瓜分自己的权力，接连了许多功臣，完全没了当年的宽容和大度。
乔治。奥威尔写出了《动物农场》这本书，不就是在警告我们不要被权力所迷惑吗？

一部很精彩的书，但是评论人数却远远比不上各大图书榜单的热门畅销小说。一定程度上反应的当下读者们的阅读倾向。一直觉得这本书能在中国出版，不能不说是罕见。其中充满了种种政治隐喻，一样的社会制度，从中总能读到一些现象，然后对号入座。作家的书写相当有趣，也许一开始吸引我的也是他的有趣，但是读到最后只有悲凉，一本看得我很像哭的小说。或许是因为相似，所以才觉得压抑哀伤。懂书之人自会明白其中缘由，偏激牢也是无济于事。最恐怖的时代已经离我们远去，至少现在我们还保留着一部分自由，自由到可以看到这本书。
其实看完小说我一直在想一个问题：为什么，为什么当初说好的宏伟蓝图最后无法实现，是什么导致了它成为了一纸空文，进而又开始了残酷迫害？恕我不才，思绪万千，却终究无法理清头绪。无心情在这里拍案而起讽刺人性，人生不过数载，谁又能看透人性，没看透就没有多少发言权。只是小说太真实的把画面摊开到你眼前，让你连一个梦都无法做完整，最后却不给你一个解决的良方。没有希望才更显绝望。
推荐过这本书给很多人，不过真正看过的没几个。这世界本就残酷，留一些希望或许还可以做梦。这也许是为什么各大言情穿越，心灵鸡汤的评点过万的原因之一吧。
