于是我找来了醋、橙汁、碳酸柠檬汁、盐水和糖水，准备都尝试一遍。我重新开了一瓶牛奶，分别倒在了六个杯子里面。我把那六种材料分别加在六个杯子里面，材料刚放下去，柠檬汁、醋和橙汁的牛奶大部分都凝固了，其他的`没有变化。我在想：没有变化的那三杯牛奶会不会在更长时间后才会凝固呢?于是我又等了两个小时，那三杯还是没有变化。更奇怪的是，柠檬汁、醋和橙汁发生了不一样的变化。柠檬汁渗出了透明的液体，醋渗出了黄色的液体，有醋的味道，而橙汁则渗出了橙黄色的液体。我心想：这些东西可以吃吗?我用了滤纸把柠檬汁凝固物和透明液体分开了，我舔了舔透明的液体，咦，有点像酸柠檬的味道，我急忙找来白糖，冰块和凉开水稀释了透明液体，好美味呀，有点像乳酸饮料。凝固物像白色的奶油，尝一尝，浓浓的像奶酪蛋糕一样的味道，香香的，真好吃!
为什么会这样呢?我急忙查了百科全书，原来把酸性物质放入牛奶会使牛奶凝固，书上说牛奶中的“酪蛋白”这种蛋白质遇到酸性物质会凝固，分解出类似于奶酪和乳酸饮料的东西，那个滤出来的像乳酸饮料液体叫做乳清，是去除了牛奶中的牛脂肪与蛋白质后的液体，味道稍微有点酸，非常有营养价值。
我把那个奶酪涂在面包片上，配着乳酸饮料吃，这真是一个快乐而美味的实验啊!
