说明的内容：就是文章从那几个方面介绍事物或事理。（或事物、事理特征是什么。） 判断文章的说明对象时，首先看标题，或者抓住每段的首括句或中心句
也可以根据内容来概括。比如《宏伟的紫禁城》标题就是说明对象。
说明对象的特征，是指这一事物区别于其他事物的标志。分析事物的特征，要特别关注文章的开头段、结尾段，关注每一段的中心句。
考题举例：
①《美国校车》：选文说明对象是什么？
答案：文章标题就是说明对象——美国校车。
②《食品添加剂之“瘦肉精”》说明对象是什么，用简洁的语言概括本文的说明内容。 答案：说明对象是：瘦肉精。说明内容是：先说明什么是瘦肉精，再说明瘦肉精的发现、引入、使用与禁止
