良好的校园文化传承着优良的文化，沉淀了深厚的文化底蕴，熏陶着校园里的每个成员。自党的十六届四中全会以来，在“构建和谐社会”新理念的指导下，和谐校园文化建设正以前所未有的力度在越来越多的高校中如火如荼地展开，并取得了一定成效，但也出现了一些不可忽视的问题。
1、高校对和谐校园文化内涵及功能的认识比较模糊、不能正确把握和谐校园文化的精神
大多高校只是把和谐校园文化建设看成是教育管理活动的方法之一，将此建设局限在一些学生组织中，缺乏师生共建意识，从而片面地强调了校园文化在学生中的主体作用，忽视了教师的重要作用，也就弱化了对构建和谐校园文化紧迫性的认识。
2、在和谐校园文化的建设中，很多高校仅仅重视组织活动的开展
虽然活动组织频繁，整体校园文化丰富多彩，但是主要偏重于丰富学生的业余活动，创造性的组织活动较少，文化层次比较低，没有形成浓厚的学术文化氛围，远远没有达到校园文化应有的积极作用，更不可能形成自身特有的文化。
3、高校校园文化缺乏人文关怀。当今社会物质生活膨胀，而精神生活却每况愈下
近年来，高校内不少学生产生心理危机，有些学生沉迷于网络甚至对人生完全绝望。同时，校园里同学问的关系也在不自觉地金钱化，很多学生受物欲和利益的驱使，宁可放弃自己的人格。
4、校园文化的不和谐还体现在其他方面
如校园文化与课堂文化脱节，校园文化凝聚力下降，学校基础设施难以满足学生的需求，学校的规章制度不完善等。只有充分认识到目前存在的不和谐问题，才能做到有的放矢。

特别是学校刚修建不久的景色水池，水又清澈又干净，几条小锦鲤鱼在水里活蹦乱跳的，真可爱。水池小瀑布上面还有一个小型喷水器，一开动水就顺墙面潺潺而流，给人一种非常清新活泼的感觉。水池旁边还用了一些我一时也说不上来的植物装饰，水中还有几朵紫色的小莲花，小鱼儿一会在水上活动，一会又钻到莲花下躲藏人们的眼光。虽然这个水池没什么特别，可是它不但给学校增添春色和动感，而且又是一处好看的景色，我真喜欢这个喷水池。池正中，有许多水生植物。瞧，一条欢蹦乱跳的大鲤鱼翘着尾嗜，挺着胸脯，那一片片鱼鳞，在阳光下忽闪，忽闪，真像一颗晶莹的珍珠哩!水池旁有一个专门管理水池的管理处，以前管理处旁还有一些关于水池的的书买呢，不可惜现在已经搬走了。
?水池旁有一圈专门来装饰水池的鲜花，每天。学生们迎着朝阳到学校，一进大门就能看到这个美丽的这个水池，可见这水池挺受学生们的欢迎，刚建好的时候学生一到学校都会上来参观，即使过了很久，还有学生来参观景色水池。其实他们都是来看那些游动着的生命——鲤鱼的。可是自从鲤鱼后，就没学生过来看了，其实我也很难过，好端端的小生命一个个就没了。
哦，我想起来了，水池旁边还有两个麒麟头，在它们的嘴里会喷出小水柱，我多么希望快快在水里增加几条有活力的生命啊!这样学校的水池才更有趣，也更给校园增添风光，这样的喷水池也有它无比神奇的色彩哦!
