我们家乡有姜汤面的店！里面有姜汤面，烧姜汤面先将猪油一小勺入锅，再将虾干、猪肉丝、笋丝、香菇、金针菜入锅旺火煸炒，再洒些黄酒，待佐料半熟、香味出来时，倒入煎好的姜汤，烧开时放入米面、荷包蛋、豆腐皮子、青菜，快起锅时放几只蛏子，然后盛入大碗。吃进肚子里觉得非常好吃！
姜汤面的店里面还有炒年糕。将螃蟹清洗干净后切成块，葱、姜、蒜分别切成末，坐水加入少许植物油和盐，待水开后放入年糕，煮熟捞出备用。坐锅点火倒入油，下葱姜蒜末炝锅，放入螃蟹，加酱油、白糖翻炒片刻，再放入西葫芦、芹菜、香菇煸炒，加入盐、胡椒粉、香油调味，放入年糕翻炒均匀出锅即可搅拌均匀。它的特点是鲜咸适口、营养丰富。很多人来这里都会来尝一尝这个鲜咸适口、营养丰富的炒年糕！
这里还有手打面！手打面可是我最爱吃的了！其制作工艺是将面粉放在案上，中间扒成凹形，注入凉水，和匀揉透。用面棍擀成面皮，撒上山粉，擀压、摊开，再撒上生粉，再卷再擀，待擀成薄薄的面皮后，将面皮折叠切成面条。锅中水旺火烧开后，下入面条，面条一熟立即捞上， 手打面入嘴滑爽、香韧，汤味鲜美可口。
