书有很多种类，有的优美典雅，有的惊心动魄，还有的疑团重重……可这本《图说中国历史》却是神秘又让人好奇，慢慢翻动书页，似乎几百上千年的时光在指缝溜走，连空气都凝住了。
中国是一个历史悠久的国家，有着五千年的风风雨雨，《图说中国历史》浓缩了每个朝代的精华。看着一个个朝代在我的眼底翻过，仿佛时光在逆转，河水在倒流，闭上眼，深深吸一口气，我穿越了时光隧道，再睁眼一看，我来到了秦朝。虽然秦始皇统一了六国，但总是太残暴，我看见一批批百姓被赶去建长城，连老人和小孩也不放过，真是忍不住也想去帮忙搬砖。刚一弯腰，我却被时光带到了玄武门，这儿正在进行一场激烈的.战争，原来这就是玄武门之变，李世民了自己的兄弟，坐上了皇位。我禁不住感叹：“本是同根生，相煎何太急，”可不管如何，他都是一位好皇帝，让天下百姓过上了丰衣足食的生活。
我低头深思了，没想到抬头却亲眼目睹了中国第一位女皇武则天的风采，连忙上前想打个招呼，一踏步却又来到了明朝，看见了青花瓷。那精美的图案让人赞不绝口，正当我伸出手小心地抚摸着这旷世珍品，却听到了清晰的马蹄声和一声声惨叫，陆上刀光剑影，海面硝烟弥漫，这难道是著名的甲午战争？一霎那，我体会到了战争的残酷无情……
给我印象最深的是那个家喻户晓的故事——大禹治水。水能给我们带来便捷，也给我们带来灾难。像现在的“莫拉克”台风，滚滚山洪呼啸而来的时候，毫不留情的吞噬了一个个鲜活的生命。大自然的力量是可怕的，治水是多么要紧啊，凿山开渠，把洪水引进大海，大河，几千年前的方法我们现在也在用。
不论是什么朝代，都有着他一时的辉煌，不管如何，都会在历史的长河里熠熠发光，我喜欢历史这类的书！

本书读起来有些艰难，翻翻停停好多回，一遍读下来，除了对中国大历史进行史实梳理和印象加深外，对于作者的一些新角度、新观点或评价虽然称奇，但体会不足、尚处于一知半解的状态。
这或许主要源于我对政治、经济、文化、社会等知识积累不足或视野局限的因素。仔细想来，史实虽已既定、不可逆转，但随着研读之人知识拓展、视野拓宽、阅历丰富、境遇变化，是可以常读常新的。读史的基础在于自身的知识、修养和眼界。同一段历史不同人读或同一个人在不同阶段研读，注定会有不同的感悟、不同的收获。
历史虽已过去不能重演，但通过对史实史料的认知和对后人评说的解读，仍可启发后人、大有裨益。细细品味、辨识，理解和思考历史，尝试把眼界放得更宽敞，把胸怀放得更宽大，放下身段，汲取精华剔除糟粕，积极当下，勇敢尝试大胆创新，历史必将为今所用、造福当代、影响后世。
