在我的'成长中遇到过许多老师，他们都曾给予我许多的爱和关怀，也曾给予我自信和勇敢。让我印象最深刻的就是我的班主任杜老师。
一年级时的我，胆子十分小。性格很内向。上课回答问题声音特小。记得一次上语文课，杜老师叫我读语文，由于紧张和不自信声音小得连自己都听不见。老师用期盼的双眼对着我说：“乐熙，能大声吗，让全班同学都听到你优美的声音。”可是，我当时不知道为什么嗓子里像塞了一团棉花。声音比刚刚更小了。全班同学都小声议论我的声音太小。我当时紧张地不知所措，于是老师坚定的对着全班同学说：“我愿意再给乐熙一次机会，同学们也愿意给她一次机会吗？”听了这番话，我心里特别的感动，我再次鼓起勇气，用劲全力的大声朗诵。看着杜老师微微点着头，瞬间感觉自己不紧张了。
从那一刻起，杜老师帮助我开启了封闭已久的大门，让我学着自己勇敢地走出来。谢谢您，让我学着成长一个自信勇敢的孩子！

Then he runs go out. In the afternoon, he plays basketball.Sometimes

My father thinks healthy food is good for our health. So we eat apples every day. We don't eat French fries. We often eat vegetables,fruits and fish.
