作文分点写的格式【一】
索引读书笔记是只记录文章的题目、出处的笔记。如书刊篇目名、编着者、出版年月日、藏书处。如果是书，要记册、章、节，如果是期刊，要记期号，报纸要记年月日和版面，以备日后查找方便。例如：庄照：《也谈为谁立传》，《光明日报〈史学〉》

提要和提纲不同。提纲是逐段写出来的要点，提要是综合全文写出要点。提要可以完全用自己的语言扼要地写出读物的内容。提要除客观叙述读物内容外，带有一些评述的性质。另一种提要，是对一篇文章或一本书的内容梗概作简要的说明。

在书信最后一行，署上写信人的姓名。署名应写在正文结尾后的右方空半行的地方。
如果是写给的亲属、朋友，可加上自己的称呼，如儿、弟、兄、侄等，后边写名字，不必写姓。
如果是写给组织的信，一定要把姓与名全部写上。
而在署名之后，有时还视情加上“恭呈”、“谨上”、“敬上”等，以示尊敬。上述自称，都要和信首的称谓相互吻合。

摘要式读书笔记，是在读书时把与自己学习、工作、研究的问题有关的语句、段落等按原文准确无误地抄录下来。摘录原文后要注明出处，包括题目、作者、出版单位、出版日期，页码等，便于引用和核实。摘录要有选择，以是否有用作为摘录的标准。摘录式笔记可分为：

抄录原文读书笔记就是照抄书刊文献中与自己学习、研究有关的精彩语句、段落等作为日后应用的`原始材料。摘抄原文要写上分类题目，在引文后面注明出处。

写读后感或读书心得，内容鉴赏，探讨主题，评论人物，评品语言。
读书笔记一般分为：摘录、提纲、批注、心得几种，格式及写法并不艰深，心得笔记中的读后感有点麻烦，但只要懂得论点、论据和论证这三要素的关系，就会轻松拿下，因为读后感不过就是一种议论文而已。很多应用文种只有在将来的工作实践中才能具体应用，而读书笔记属日用文类，应即学即用。

提纲式—— 以记住书的主要内容为目的。通过编写内容提纲，明确主要和次要的内容。
摘录式——主要是为了积累词汇、句子。可以摘录优美的词语，精彩的句子、段落、供日后熟读、背诵和运用。
仿写式——为了能做到学以致用，可模仿所摘录的精彩句子，段落进行仿写，达到学会运用。
评论式——主要是对读物中的人物、事件加以评论，以肯定其思想艺术价值如何。可分为书名、主要内容、评论意见。
心得式——为了记下自己感受最深的内容，记下读了什么书，书中哪些内容自己教育最深，联系实际写出自己的感受。即随感。
存疑式——主要是记录读书中遇到的疑难问题，边读边记，以后再分别进行询问请教，达到弄懂的目的。
简缩式——为了记住故事梗概、读了一篇较长文章后，可抓住主要内容，把它缩写成短文。
