一个阳光明媚的周末，我和妈妈去书城买了几本书。回来时，我和妈妈都坐了一个座位，过了几站后，上来了一位老奶奶，这位老奶奶头上全是白发，手里提着沉甸甸的菜，气喘吁吁，汗流浃背，靠着一个栏杆，看上去十分辛苦。这时我想起了老师说过的话：要尊老爱幼，我的心里好像有一个小人儿，善解人意的小人儿说：“这位老奶奶这么大年纪了，还提着这么重的东西，她会站累的'，你应该把座位让给她。”这时 ，车遇到了红绿灯，刹了车，老奶奶没抓好，差一点就摔倒了，这时我回过神来，雷锋叔叔经常做好事 ，还不要任何回报，我怎么这么自私。我再也坐不住了，站起来对老奶奶说：“老奶奶，来这坐吧！”老奶奶望了望我说：“还是您坐吧。”我又说：“还是您坐吧！”老奶奶笑着说：“谢谢你。”接着老奶奶又说：“现在的学生真懂事。”我非常高兴，因为我体验到了帮助别人的快乐。
还记得读三年级时，一个风和日丽的下午，我们排着路队准备去上体育课，走在半路时，我捡到了一部手机，立刻跑到学生工作部，把手机交给了龚辅导员，第二天失主就拿回了手机，看着失主高兴的心情，我也欣慰地笑了。

If I were a boy again, I would practice perseverance more often, and never give up a thing because it was or inconvenient. If we want light, we must conquer darkness.
