像我们这样的`学生，假期中的作业必是堆积如山。但繁重的学习任务一方面使我们身心俱疲，另一方面又督促我们不敢有丝毫懈怠。好不容易盼来个假期，不好好休息，娱乐一下，真有点对不住自己。所以，不少同学总是在假期的最后几天，紧赶作业，甚至加班加点，又弄得自己苦不堪言，无力投入新的学习生活。
这的确是一个个难解难分的矛盾。安逸的生活谁也想得到，但尖刀不磨同样会生锈。安逸消磨着宝贵的时光，侵蚀着向上的意志，本质上还是一件淘神费力的事。与其如此，不如拒绝安逸，选择在忙碌中放松。这就好比行驶时的汽车，刹车是极易耗油的，但匀速行驶却对汽车有不小的帮助。
世上没有免费的午餐，人也只有在勤奋工作中找到生命的价值。拒绝安逸，也就是避免自己的精神沦陷。
