报到处就在入口旁。我们先到报到处报到我们从报到处的了一张示意图。原来比赛分成四组，分别是点心组‘中餐组、西餐组和蛋糕组。
由于妈妈最擅长烤鱼，所以我们参加了中餐组。赛场的左右两旁都是观众席。爸爸和弟弟选了一个最靠近中餐组的位子，以便能看得更清楚。爸爸和弟弟也在观众席位我们加油打气。
比赛开始了，我替妈妈到用具领取领取烹饪用具和烤鱼所需要的材料。如果我们以牛排参赛，我们因该参加西餐组，因为牛排是西方国家的食物。
比赛时间带了，参赛者都把已烹饪好的食品放到食品展览区。评判员都一一地尝试参赛者的食品，评判员都吃得津津有味。每个参赛员都显得非常紧张。过后，评判员给每个食品进行评分。讨论后，我们得了最高分——95分。
之后，筹委会主席亲自为我们颁奖。筹委会主席不时称赞我们的食品色香味俱全。因为我们勇夺冠军，爸爸也在观众席沾沾自喜，想在朋友们的.面前炫耀一番。经过了这次的比赛，我不是因为拿到了冠军而高兴，而是我在这次的比赛中获得了许多宝贵的。

每次我看到石头我都会在土地上画一只小动物，或者看见一根木棍，我就会在沙土堆里画海洋生物。有一次，我看见有一块石头，我就拿起石头，随手就在爸爸的车上画了一只小鸟，爸爸从窗户外看时，发现我在他的车上拿石头画画，爸爸立即跑下楼，拿了一根竹棍，他向我走来时，我还在专心画画，并没有发现，当他打了我一下，我才知道老爸来了，爸爸打完我后，把我拉回屋子跟我讲道理，爸爸说：“你要是喜欢画画，你就在上画画，不许在别的地方乱画，”我默默地低下了头，知道自己做错了。爸爸又说：“画画一定要仔细，要心平静下来，不要乱涂乱画，要抓住要画东西的特征。”

几堂理论课下来，我越来越觉得，完全有必要学好这门课。因为，它的意义已不单单是为了个人，更重要的是为了人民群众的需要，为了继承和发扬中华民族几千年的饮食文化。我还想到，处在改革开放前沿的深圳，已成为国际性城市，万商云集，来自港澳及世界各地的.友人穿梭般进出其间。饮食行业在沟通、促进各国人民经济文化的联系方面有着举足轻重的作用。你看，深圳普通老百姓办红白喜事，学校开校友会，单位举行舞会，公司谈生意，签合同，哪个离得开我们饮食业。而且，具有深圳特色和中国特色的饮食业已成为吸引外国友人的又一地方特色，其盈利潜力是不可低估的，而建立一个具有国际性饮食文化的大都市，就更需要象我们这样的新一辈努力奋斗。所以，我认为，我选择的烹饪专业是大有希望的，我已把我未来的事业和专业学习紧紧连在一起了。
我一边学理论，一边在家里搞“理论和实践相结合”。后来，学校也开了实习课，我学习更有劲头了。

My room is small, but comfortable and clean.
