英语讲座时间与地点作文【一】
长假八天，终于有空闲静静地坐下来，翻开《早期教育》教师版，细细领略里面的每一篇文章，收获颇丰，特别是《教师轮流讲座的实践与思考》更是让我茅塞顿开。
其一，绍兴柯岩阮社幼儿园改革例会制度，压缩事务性会议，把教研的主动权还给老师，每半月聘请园内的一位教师“轮流坐庄”式进行专题讲座，讲完后大家研讨。
我的思考：让每位老师都有机会做专家，在给老师们压力的同时也是给了她们无限的动力。
其二，幼儿园对于老师们遇到的苦难提供帮助，如老教师不会做PPT，就由教研组长帮忙做并且帮忙操作；新教师的讲座内容不够深入，年级段主任帮助提升。
我的思考：幼儿园不仅给老师们创设了机会，而且还提供了帮助，这样，就能够解决老师们的后顾之忧。
其三，幼儿园允许老师们根据自己的特长选择讲座的内容，比如有的老师很会打扮，就进行了有关如何化妆的讲座；有的`老师在吃的方面很有研究，就讲了一个有关养生的讲座……
我的思考：前面的两项我们也在做，而且做得很好，但是对于这一项，却非常欠缺。我们一直觉得，老师的讲座内容必须是与教育有关的，与工作有关的，有时甚至是规定了主题。如此一来，老师们就没有了选择的余地，有的内容可能根本不是她们所熟悉，她们所擅长的，如此一来，就会给她们造成很大的压力，而且讲座效果也不会很好，而她们的自信心也会受到打击，也就偏离了原先设定的目标。如果，我们能够参照阮社幼儿园，让老师们讲自己擅长的，喜欢的，这样，她们的自信心就会倍增。
在此基础上再逐渐提高讲座的要求，应该会有事半功倍的效果。况且，良好的生活品质也是工作的一部分，美容、养生或者是健身、衣着打扮，这些会使我们的心情愉悦，身体健康，也能够更好地投入到工作当中去。

Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

我的校园非常美丽。
一走进学校大门，首先看到的是我们的教学大楼。教学大楼是四层的，墙壁是橙色的，每扇窗子都亮晶晶的，南墙上镶嵌着我们的校训：诚信 好学 和谐 创新。教学大楼里有许多教室，还有微机室、实验室、图书室、音乐教室、语音室......里面不时传来老师讲课和同学们讨论、发言、朗读、歌唱的声音。
教学大楼南面是宽阔的操场。操场中间铺着人工草坪，四周是塑胶跑道。下课时，同学们就来到操场上活动，有的在人工草坪上踢足球，打篮球，打排球或打沙包，有的在塑胶跑道上跑步。这时的操场成了欢乐的海洋。
教学大楼北面是一个美丽的小花园。小花园里面绿草如茵，还种了许多观赏植物，有紫色叶子的紫叶李、傲雪斗霜的腊梅、春季开放的樱花、春夏秋三季开花的月季......花园里有一条用鹅卵石铺成弯弯曲曲的小路。同学们有时爱到这里散步。
