高中的期待的英语作文【一】
小时候发生过的许多精彩的故事，到如今什么也记不得了，惟有小姨的那条白色的连衣裙，在脑海中怎么也抹不去。
那时的姨，正是一个女人生命中最为亮丽的季节，她身材窈窕，削肩、丰腰、修长的腿，光背影就足够让一个流鼻涕的小女孩艳羡一个年代。我常常极为入迷地蹲在小姨的闺房门口，看着一身白裙的小姨，像蝴蝶一般地、像梦一般地飘飞于卧室和客厅之间。美丽和典雅，尽管在我当时的词汇里找不出来，我总有这样一种期待：要是有一天，我也能穿上小姨那样纯洁的白裙子，那该多好啊。
好几次小姨不在家的时候，我忍不住偷偷地打开小姨的衣柜，手模一下白裙子，想像一下穿在我身上的滋味，那一定是好极了。但外婆家中总有太多的人，不能让我完成心愿。
我有时会这样假想：要是我穿上了小姨的白裙子，我的胸脯一定也如小姨一般丰满，我的肩膀一定也如小姨一般好看，我一定也会有小姨般的俊美的胜蛋‘，就在这种对一条童话般美的白裙子的期待中．我度过了一个又一个美好的夏天。
终于有—天，我惊喜地发现，外婆家中那些常待在家里的人，竟都不在家!我于是极为迅速地跑进小姨的房间．迫不及待地打开衣柜门——天啊!那条白色的连衣拐恰好拄在那里呢I我感到心脏都跳到
嗓门眼了，连手心都感到了它的跳动。
等我终于抖抖地取下那件过衣裙．我差一点没幸福得晕倒。我脱掉了自已的.衣服，飞快地把瘦小的身子套进那各裙子中去，然后飞快地跑到镜子前去——我想看看，我芽上白裙子之后，是不是就如想像中的一样好看。中间好几次踩到没提起的裙迫，好几次摔倒，但那天我没哭。等到镜子前一看，天啪．那个腰带拖地的小女孩，那个黑黑的扎着羊角辫的小女孩，那个双手尽力冲开但还是撑不开连衣裙的小女孩，那个流着鼻涕的小家伙就是我么?我感到一种莫大的失望。但是还不足以使我脱产这件白裙子。我还是在镜子前踮起脚跟，仰起头，身子还像模橡样地扭几下——那感觉，就像灰姑嫂穿着水晶鞋成了王妃一样。
这时候屋子里很静，只有房子外面偶尔递来几声母鸡唤小鸡的咯咯声，还有外婆在阳光下拍打被子的扑扑声，以及童话中的公主翩翩起舞的脚步声。
现在想起来，那时对一条白裙子的期待中，溶入了一个小女孩对成长的多少希冀，对美的多少梦幻呵！
16岁的那年夏天，我终于也拥有了一条生命中属于自己的白裙子。尽管后来我的身子横截面积惊人，那条白裙子已扔在衣柜里好久没能上身，但在夜深人静的时候，我总忍不住取下它．把它贴在胸前比画。
小时对白裙子的期待、对成长和美丽的期待，却一直温暖在我的心中。

Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.
