虽然我们没有更多的天资，但有坚持不懈的决心、认真品读的求学心，以及对《中庸》的喜爱之心。老师教我们用“121”的方法，一遍慢，两遍快，一遍慢，让我们能够在短时间里记住许多拗口的古文;还有歌诀体乐读法，让我们感受到诵读的快乐。
在这里，君子与小人在脑海里仿佛有了定义。我们一起读《中庸》、谈《中庸》、诵《中庸》，以君子为目标，以小人为戒律。虽然我们只学了十五章，却懂得了许多的道理。譬如从“忠恕违道不远，施诸己而不愿，亦勿施于人”告诉我们自己不愿意的事情就不要要求别人去做，又与《论语》中的“己所不欲，勿施于人”相照应。“君子素其位而行，不愿乎其外。”告诉我们要做好自己的本分。我们不去东施效颦，我们学会了君子为人处世的方法。
在亭子里我们望着晨光读着典籍，想来那晨光哪能比得过《中庸》的风采?又怎能比得过我们对古典名著的热爱呢?

读了中庸，我看中庸是有三层含义的，一是中不偏，庸不易，二是指中正、平和，三是指中用的意思。
在中庸中讲到“喜怒哀乐之未发，谓之中;发而皆中节，谓之和;中也者，天下之大本也;和也者，天下之达道也。致中和，天地位焉，万物育焉。”人需要保持中正平和，如果失去中正平和，一定是因为喜、怒、哀、乐太过，治怒唯有乐，治过喜莫过礼，守礼的方法在于敬。一个人要保持中正平和，需要从容淡定，需要控制好自己的情绪，不能过喜过忧，不能过怒过哀。七情六欲本来是人的正常反应，但不能反应过头。无论在什么场合，如果都将这些情绪表现到“中正平和”的境界，既不过分，也无不足，不管遇到了什么状况，都能够保持一种淡定的态度，保持一种从容不迫的情怀，那么就做到了中庸。做到中正平和似乎有利于自己的成功。
在现今这个时代，越来越多的人随波逐流，肆意妄为，没有原则，没有持之以恒的目标，越来越少的人做到不偏不倚，中正平和。我们需要多注重提升自己的内在涵养，学习中庸思想中的优秀部分。虽然中庸很难实行，但是也不是不可实行的，“君子之道，辟如行远必自迩，辟如登高必自卑”。要实行中庸之道，也需要从身边做起，从小事做起。
现在人们在物质的侵蚀下，在多种价值观的影响下，容易行为失据，离中庸渐远，以致于常常心理失衡，痛苦绝望。所以保持平常心，把心摆正，回到中庸上来，何尝不是消除烦恼，赢得快乐的一种途径呢?

近来读《中庸》，书中的一些观点我很赞同，如“凡事预则立，不预则废”，“博学之，审问之，慎思之，明辨之，笃行之……人一能之，己百之;人十能之，己千之。果能此道矣，虽愚必明，虽柔必强”、“知耻近乎勇”“行远必自迩，登高必自卑”，看看原文，再看看现代专家的译文，感觉我们古人真不简单。原来我的印象中，古文经典无非是“之、乎、者、也”充斥其间，通篇是古代的一些迂腐文人的酸臭文章，经过世事的浸润，阅览人事的沧桑，再细细品味古文经典，感觉自己先前的认识是多么的肤浅和粗陋，多么的不合时宜。系统地阅读过《论语》、《孟子》、《大学》和《中庸》，对古文经典有了粗浅的认识，仿佛脱胎换骨似的，对古文经典有了全新的认识，即使在科技如此发达的今天，他们文章中的观点仍不过时，因为古人、今人及将来的人，心性是一样的，对事物的看法，做人做事的原则都有相通之处，不管时事如何变迁，作为生命主体的人都是一样的，无论什么时代都有共性。
为什么四书能传承不息?读完《中庸》过后，我算有了一点领悟，因为它们是中华文明的传承，更因为它们本身就具有旺盛的生命力，历风风雨雨，经岁月的沉淀，而历久弥新，不会过时，就看你用什么眼光去读了。
